I recently purchased a used Toro 5910 wide area mower from Prairie Turf Equipment. They were absolutely fantastic to deal with. The mower was in exactly the condition that they described, and Greg was really easy to deal with and responded very quickly to all of my questions. I was purchasing for delivery into Washington State, and Greg dealt with all of the shipping details and the border crossing. I was a little worried buying such an expensive piece of used equipment without actually seeing it in person, but they represented everything fairly and accurately, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Purchased a golf cart from Prairie Turf about a month ago to use out at our seasonal trailer. We have had no problems with the cart and have been enjoying it almost every weekend. The customer service was outstanding! They went over the cart with us, all the options. We happened to pick one that there was a small issue with that the mechanic noticed. He immediately changed it for us. We would have never known there was the issue! They are friendly and honest! 5 star rating!

I worked with Greg purchasing a used Toro Greensmaster Flex 2100 reel mower. I did a lot of research and looked at other companies, but Prairie Turf Equipment had what I needed.

Since I'm using the mower on my home lawn, I knew I'd have to purchase a High Height of Cut Kit for the unit. I had to get this because out-of-the-box the highest cut height on the mower is 7.54 mm. I'm cutting between 13 mm and 19 mm.

Not only did Greg get the HOC Kit from his local Toro dealer, he installed it as well. On top of that he made some other configuration changes to the mower. He then serviced the mower, sharpened the reel and adjusted the cutting unit before shipping.

I live in Texas and Greg handled all the paperwork to get the machine through customs.

It was a complete pleasure working with Greg and I would not hesitate to purchase from him again. Definitely 5 star customer service.

The mower runs flawlessly and starts on the first pull 🙂

Just bought a golf cart from Prairie Turf Equipment, what a pleasant experience! Cory was exceedingly helpful and accommodating, and had no problem staying late (twice!) to help us through selection and delivery. Our golf cart was extremely well prepared, clean, Cory even helped me tie down the cart in our trailer (actually he did all of it!!) He made sure this was an overwhelmingly positive experience, and I will be recommending him and Prairie Turf Equipment to anyone who tells me they want to get a golf cart.
