Bought two raised toilet seats. No explanation given about installation. Got home and found it impossible to attach. Store refuses to take back, even the one still in the box. Now stuck with $220 unsable items, plus two more off internet. Be sure you get all details before buying - it's up to you apparently.

I phoned to gather information Alex was extremely helpful and was able to help me out a lot over the phone. I then came to London Ont to see the store and speak with Alex. And again was very helpful as was Rob Ward the owner/manager. I bought Pegasus pro 4 wheel
. They needed to get me the batteries before I left London. ROB WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GET ME WHAT I NEEDED. THANK YOU SO MUCH I will gladly pass on your name and store info.

This is a great medical equipment supplier to do business with. I have bought many pieces of equipment from them a stair-lift, walkers, lift chairs and many miscellaneous items. They are always courteous and with the extensive knowledge of their products can answer all your questions. For anyone looking for medical equipment I highly recommend this business. I have been dealing with them for the last 4 or 5 years. They also have a good service and repair department.

Started the process to get a wheelchair replaced for a woman I support. It's been over a month of calling stating there's issues with the chair, with zero response from the owner. Very disappointed. Will update my review if there is any movement.
