5 stars for their physiotherapist, chiropractors, and massage therapists. Whoevers handles the billing, though, whether it is staff, managers, or accountants: they are a completely different story. No point in going through the whole issue here, but their inconsistent and disorganized billing is unfortunately the reason I will not go back here. Which is a shame, considering the service providers are actually very good. If you don't mind being told every few months that you have outstanding balances left to pay, because they don't track their own payments well, then I would recommend them. For our family, though, it eventually became frustrating after the 3rd time being asked to essentially double pay or show our payment receipts from months ago.

Working with Mae and her team of physiotherapy assistants in the Binbrook location is pleasant. The staff are incredibly friendly and supportive. I feel that Mae genuinely cares about my well-being. I’m very happy that I looked Precision Physiotherapy online and made the call.

I highly recommend the BEST, the MOST QUALIFIED RMT, Suzanne!!!! Unbelievable treatment and personality!!! Very professional and very very very good at her job! Just a Heaven sent angel!!! The whole practice is super friendly!!!! Amazing receptionist, Nagham… Full of spirit and kindness… super helpful! I recommend this location and practice to all!

I had a fantastic experience with Zeel Shah as my physiotherapist. From the moment I arrived, she listened attentively to all my concerns and tailored her treatment accordingly. Zeel is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the process, which made me feel more comfortable and informed.
