they have always been super responsive, polite and fast. The girl on the phone advised me on how to collect the samples. It was super easy. My partner decided to be on the safe side and did a paternity when the child is born somewhere else. The results matched for all testing. Family things are always complicated but they did a really good job

Wrong results. Results confirmed they were the father 2 years later he was not. Devastating for all families involved. Would absolutely not recommend to anyone. Save your self the money and go elsewhere.

Update : Since you guys think I am making it up, I attached the results we were emailed as well as the DNA results from the court two years later. How about instead of accusing me of having the wrong company, and questioning my intelligence in the process, you guys could have reached out in a nice way. I was formerly Mackenzie Stringer. I divorced my husband 2 years ago due to the results of this DNA test. Despite all the work we did to get over his cheating we found out the girl was pregnant. She assured us it was 100% his baby there was absolutely no way anyone else was the father. We spent the 1500 or more dollars on this DNA test, were told he was definitely the father. My ex-husband and I never could get along with the mother and it eventually separated due to her. Now two years later he finds out, after he has raised this child as his own for two years and has a tattoo of the Childs name across his arms that he is not the father. Your DNA company cost us our marriage and 2 years of his life. Maybe next time reach out with compassion instead of accusations. What a terrible way to reach out, truly awful.

I recently took a prenatal test at this laboratory and was satisfied with the service offered. The person from customer service explained the entire process in detail, which saved me time collecting samples from possible fathers. I was happy with the test result, since the prenatal paternity test confirmed my assumption about the possible biological father of my child.

WRONG RESULTS!
At 3 months pregnant, I did prenatal testing and was told via email and over the phone that the person I tested was the father.
After our child was born, I did the follow up and the results showed he wasn’t. I called upset and they apologized and gave me a partial refund. Their excuse was, they encourage you to provide all potential fathers. Keep in mind, at 3 months pregnant I called and told them I only had one potential father to test and they assured me it was fine. Imagine all the people out there caring for a child that is not really theirs.

It’s been 13 business days already, almost 3 weeks since we took a prenatal test, and we are still not getting our results. They keep saying the results are inconclusive, but if you sell this product with the promise of getting the results between 7-8 business days. Why are we not getting ours? All they say is : the person who is going to release the results is not available. We didn’t get any formal explanation letter or email with a valid reason why it is taking so long. I don’t recommend this place, they don’t provide a professional or reliable service. Save yourself from the stress of dealing with them.

Great costumer experience, fast and reliable results! My sister found out about the pregnancy, being not sure who the father was. We checked A LOT of prenatal paternity testing places and stopped on this one. The lab charges 960$ for the test but we added quite a few number of potential fathers at no extra charge. The price included a gender test and a follow-up test included in the price. Technically, we bought a package not a simple test, and repeated the 2nd test (follow-up) when the child was 3 months old. Both tests were consistent (we submitted 4 fathers) and got the same result both times at no extra cost. It was 1000% worth it!
