Dr Oey is the kindest most patient Dr I have ever encountered. We are so fortunate to have her and she kindly took on my parents when they moved into the area. She is thorough to the extreme! Dr Oey has called me on her off hours on weekends or in the evening just to see how my family is after various procedures. She truly cares and never rushes you. Dr Oey and the reception staff are all so kind, respectful, funny and easy to get along with. Dr Oey is very knowledgeable, she listens, provides valuable feedback and good diagnosis’s. She’s always reassuring when I feel something is wrong and she makes me feel valid and has never been dismissive. Dr OEY and the reception staff are also soooo great with children and babies. Vaccinations always run smoothly and if I ever feel that there’s something wrong with one of my children, they have always prioritized us. We love dr oey and are thankful to have her as our family physician!

Dr. Oey is simply the best doctor I’ve ever had,.
Growing up I lived in many towns and had a lot of different doctors, so that is no small statement.
She takes the time to listen to your concerns and does not discount the things you say, something I had never really experienced before .
She takes your concerns seriously and carries out all the necessary tests you may need. She also lets us know when we need to do the age specific tests and checkups.
My family has often received follow calls even at night to see how we are doing.
I hope I don’t ever have to go anywhere else, I feel well taken care with Dr Oey!

Poor quality of service. Specially the nurse who is doing the check in for the Dr Hollowel. Even though that i was directed by 811 to the clinic, she was behaving very rude.
