I visited this walk in clinic, located inside the Superstore, for my driver’s license medical exam, and the process was smooth and hassle free. To see the doctor early, it's a good idea to arrive at least 40 minutes to an hour before the clinic opens, as there’s usually a lineup. If you arrive later, the staff will give you an approximate time to return, so you don’t have to wait around you can step out and come back closer to your turn.

I freakin’ love the receptionist! She’s super friendly, always greets people with a smile, and makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. You can actually crack jokes with her and have a real conversation, which makes the wait fly by and honestly brightens your whole day. It’s not every day you walk into a clinic and feel like you’re chatting with a friend at the front desk.

As for the doctors, I’ve had zero issues. They’re professional but down-to-earth, and most importantly, they listen. You don’t feel rushed or dismissed—they take the time to understand your concerns and explain things clearly. You can tell they genuinely care about your health, not just getting through the next appointment.

The whole atmosphere at this walk-in clinic is surprisingly chill and welcoming. From the receptionist to the doctors, the staff creates a space where you feel heard, respected, and taken care of. It’s rare to find a clinic that feels this approachable and consistent.

Had a great experience. Very friendly and helpful front desk and the doctor answered all our questions clearly and sent us in the right direction. But go early! The day starts with a long line long before they open! They are very popular and don't deserve the low rating they have.

I've been having on going issues for a few months now, Dr. Jomha doesn't seems to care to get to the root of the problem.

Today I was told to get a new job that would support my new ailment because that's his only goal - to get me back to work instead of offering further help or requesting further imaging. Stunned, I asked if he knew what was out there for someone with my qualifications, of course he didn't reply. If he understood the magnitude of my problem instead of interrupting me and brushing off my concerns that have been happening for 5 months now, perhaps this review wouldn't be getting posted. Not only has my work life been affected, my personal quality of life has too. My home life is not the same, and come summer time I will not be getting to do the things I love. So not only does this "Doctor" not support my current needs, he has now contributed to my poor mental health that has come from these last 5 months because of this discussion today. Telling someone to give up their job because it's easier for him, is disgusting behavior. Consider this clinic a one stop shop for disappointment for chronic unknown pain. What a joke.

As for the receptionists, I've never had a problem with them. If you're nice and respectful, you will get respect in return. This is a busy clinic and their goal is to get you booked in as quick as possible. In my opinion, they are the heart and soul of this clinic and I tip my hat off to them for handling all that they do. They deal with a lot in a day to get us in to see a doctor and are very under appreciated.

So great very nice staff front office recipient is so polite kind and helpful .Dr Essam was so polite well spoken knowledgeable and gave me the time and listened to my issues and ordered the necessary diagnostics and treatments . It is blessing to have those doctors and this clinic especially opening on Saturday to help us. I work 7 to 4 pm week days ,and it is so great to see them on Saturday . They really made feel comfortable, relief my Anxiety, checked my blood pressure and took the history and they were very respectful. I would give 10 stars if I could
