Called around to book an appointment and got told it’s walk in NO appointment needed as mandated by Sask Health Dec.2024 . When I came in I was asked if I had an appointment, and I said No.I explained the info I received in the phone. Admin said no appointment needed but we prefer them so we know what we have . She said you can stay if you want but you will wait until all the appointments are complete. I waited nearly 2 hours and was about to ask for my blood requisition back, and then got accepted . I truly appreciate our Health professionals, but this was an absolutely rude and unprofessional visit . Don’t treat the patients like crap because of policy’s you don’t like . We only know what we are told.

Full service, convenient medical center with imaging located just across from this location in the mall. Unfortunately, no walk-in clinic for patients without a family doctor in this location.
