I'm frustrated and disappointed to have visited my family doctor as much as I have here to receive such little help for the amount of physical health problems I've been dealing with. I feel like my file is tampered and I'm neglected for any concerns beyond my epilepsy that keeps putting me in the hospital. My dry cracked feet. My hair leaving my head. My nose that's been broken almost 8 years ago. The pain and discomfort below my rib. I come back constantly for the same concerns and I literally have to cry to be listened to. With the exception of bringing our child to be seen, I feel embarassed when I come here.

Dr. Chiu is useless. Never in office or negligent. Doesnt listen to patient and doesn't care to fill out or send forms needed for ones livelihood. Dr. Cantin is rude went in and found out I was pregnant with my first and he was absolutely rude telling me. This was suppose to be a good experience and he just made me feel like crap. I then found Dr. Lee and she is amazing. Listens, takes in your concerns and answers your questions politely. She has really taken care of me during my pregnancy.

Very polite and respectful staff. Receptionist is very kind and even though she is multitasking she always has a smile on her face. Pharmacy is amazing, they teach and show you how to use your prescription they are friendly and very helpful. Doctors are always very informative.

The assistant manager ( Brenda) is extremely unprofessional. I asked if I could email a form that I needed my doctor to fill out. I explained what form it was. She said we don’t use email. She told me to go to Staples to print it off. She was unpleasant and rude and hung up. I then called back and asked for the manager to speak to. However I was again put through to the assistant manager. I recognized her voice but she said she was the manager, while she is not.
She refused to give me her name. However I then asked her if they have that form on their computer system. She looked it up and said yes, we do, we use that form all the time. Obviously she couldn’t be bothered to tell me that in the first place. Very unprofessional. I

I simply asked the woman answering the phone if they did casts there. She says you have to come in and get a referral. I said a referral to where? Ill just take my child the place they do casts. She says really irrated, "Like i said the Dr will have to refer you." Again i asked, "To where? Id rather just go to a place that does casts right there." She was very rude and very unhelpful.

This is where my family doctor has her medical office also. I’m glad they left Cornerstone location and set up the walk-in at their existing clinic. It’s a bonus when you go to the walk-in and get your own doctor! The receptionist is very welcoming.
