We were told that we would be put on a wait-list but they have no idea how long. Rakhi seemed to get irritated when I pushed for an actual rough timeline.

Since we had already made the decision to go for such a system we had no intention of waiting indefinitely or for an unknown period of time.

If this is how they treat potential customers I can't imagine signing up. I get that they might not have availability but that is no excuse to simply be rude to additional customers that might be willing to wait.

Without a doubt the ability to actually book a time to visit/counsel with your doctor is of utmost importance to us and the fact you can 'book' an appointment and rely on seeing your physician at the appointed time for 30-45 minutes is excellent. And the opportunity to have a liaison to other medical specialists is critical.

PLUS the whole health and wellness experience that goes well beyond the normal 'medical' clinic is well worth the fee and then some--I believe they are 'under priced' based on the value add of therapists, fitness, psychologist and dietician and the support staff of nurses and admin.

So if you're wondering if a private clinic is 'worth it' look no further--call Provital today--you deserve it--you'll be glad you made the change.
