Purcell was awesome. We were in the market for a heat pump and made some calls around invermere but couldn’t find anyone to do the job. The weather was starting to warm up out here and we were in a little panic. I got the number given to me for Purcell, so I gave them a call. They picked up right away and were 100% on board to get the job done for us. After the first phone call, I had the product ordered and it was installed the following weekend when it arrived in town. We also did all of this being out of town from our vacation property. Everything went very smooth and works amazing. It was a pleasure to talk to them on the phone throughout the process!
