Such a serene and welcoming spa! All of the girls are lovely and I’m a huge fan of all of their carefully curated products. Isla does my pedicures (I have difficult toenails) and I’ve never had such a thorough job done. Her bubbly personality is an added bonus! Julie has created a beautiful space for self care. I'm thrilled to update my experience at Pure Skin! After my previous visit, they promptly reached out and offered a complimentary service to make things right. Today's visit exceeded my expectations - from the facial to the foot scrub, massage, and additional lip scrub and eye treatment, every moment was pure bliss. What truly impressed me, however, was the exceptional customer service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and accommodating, making sure I felt welcome and relaxed throughout my visit. They even seamlessly accommodated my request to add on extra treatments. The staff is amazing, and I'm 1000% satisfied. I highly recommend Pure Skin to anyone seeking exceptional service and treatments. Thank you to the wonderful team for an unforgettable experience!

Disappointing Experience at Pure Skin

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Pure Skin, which was my third time at the spa. Despite paying $265 for a facial, massage, and leg detox package, I left feeling unrelaxed and unsatisfied.

The massage therapist failed to adjust the pressure despite my request, leaving me with lingering tension in my neck and shoulder.

During the leg detox, only the front of my legs were treated.. not the back.

Most surprisingly, the facial lacked extractions altogether, which was a major letdown.

This experience was particularly disappointing given my wonderful first and second visit with a different aesthetician. Unfortunately, this new technician fell far short of expectations.

As someone who regularly gets massages and facials, I was shocked by the subpar service. I hope Pure Skin takes steps to address these issues and ensure consistency in their treatments.

Recommendation: Ensure proper training for new staff members and maintain consistency in treatment quality.

The best place!!! Everything you need in one place. I don't go anywhere else for esthetic services. I absolutely love the products they use and sell. Their facials are definitely like no other. I love that they have monthly specials. Celebrate their clients. All the girls are amazing at what they do. Isla and Julie have the most magical hands I swear!
Definitely a must try.
