I had the most amazing experience at Queen of Hearts Studio! From the moment I walked in, Vanessa, the owner, made me feel so welcome and at ease. I booked a massage and facial, and both exceeded my expectations.

The massage was incredibly relaxing and therapeutic—I felt like all my stress just melted away. Vanessa has a true gift for understanding what your body needs. The facial was just as impressive, leaving my skin glowing and rejuvenated. She uses high-quality products and takes her time to ensure everything is perfect.

The studio itself is cozy, clean, and beautifully designed, adding to the overall calming vibe. Vanessa’s attention to detail and genuine care for her clients really sets her apart.

Vanessa has been great, professional and I have loved the treatments I have received from her. However she has had to reschedule several times due to ongoing maintenance issues in the building. I have been getting sculpting treatments and am starting to see results, however the progress has been stalled due to several appointments being rebooked or canceled due to issues in the building. Once she is relocated I would highly recommended her services !

I purchased a Groupon for a massage and facial combo just to try out this studio. And I am so glad I did. I have gone twice so far and will be going back regularly. Vanessa is attentive, she takes her time before during and after the appointment and the service is really personalized to the individual. I highly recommend trying her out, you won’t regret it

I had a treatment done by Vanessa and she was really great! She explained the different kinds of treatments and also which ones would be good for my skin and what might not be. She gave me a good deal as well. 100% will go back again.

I experienced the worst massage of my life here! I should have left as I was treated very poorly in a very hostile manner just because I asked a question about the length of massage-she was extremely rude for no reason. This woman has no self awareness to speak of. She asks about scars you have on your body that are none of her business, she actually said, ‘Were you in an ACCIDENT?!’ 🤪 I’m shocked she actually gives massages for a living?! It was a TOTAL JOKE!! It would be hilarious if I didn’t waste so much money!! NEVER go here! AWFUL!! During the ‘facial’ 😝 cleanser went down my nose and I tasted chemicals the whole time. I’ve had a lot of facials and massages in my life and this place was a dumpster fire of condescension mixed with inexperience and/or just not caring that you enjoy your experience. To be fair, the lady did try to be nicer as time went on but it was too late by that point and certainly does not know how to give anything close to a good, proper massage. You WILL be disappointed unfortunately.

I had a facial done my Jackie. Had an amazing experience. So relaxing, and friendly! I've never had a hydrafacial before, and definitely recommend this!!! My face looked, and felt so amazing afterwards. 10/10, I will definitely be going back again!!!

I had a great experience ! My 90 min massage was amazing!. Vanessa is very knowledgeable. My back and neck feels amazing. The room was super cute and very relaxing. My mom also loved her facial and massage. Definitely will be coming back !

Most Fabulous HydraFacial! I went to the Queen of Hearts Studio with a gift certificate from my daughter for a Anti-Aging Dermabladding Hydra Facial, well I have had PLENTY of luxury fine facials in my lifetime, this facial was simply fabulous! Vanessa is so knowledgeable and genuinely concerned about what she can do for me, only place I will go now - hooked.
During my facial I enquired about the body sculpting options I saw in her studio, Vanessa thoroughly explained what the options were in assisting me to reach my body goals, we landed on EMSculpting, well the first session I saw results…. Like I was shocked! So much so I teared up!
I purchased (incredibly price!) a package of 5 sessions for the EMSculpting Hientpro. I am on my fourth session and the differences show! Yes, I lift weights, hot yoga but this took my results to another level. No downtime, I literally leave the studio on hit a hot yoga class. 😃
All I can say if you’re looking for a motivational push DO THIS, it will keep you moving towards your fitness and wellness goals.
I’m grateful I found Queen of Hearts Studio!
