First time calling-make sure you have your health card ready. It took me less than ten seconds to find mine in my wallet, and the receptionist told me "she didn't have time for this." I accidentally started reading off the wrong registration number, and she cut me off, saying that wasn't the number she asked for. The entire call lasted under one minute, and her tone was unnecessarily rude from start to finish. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

It takes so long to get a hold of someone on the phone, but also the times i have reached someone they were fully booked for the whole day, yiu either have to call right at 9am or a few minutes before if yiu can even get a chance to get in. Another thing, i tried calling twice, once on my phone and another on someone elses phone, and each time the clinic hung up on me as soon as the beeping stopped.
2 days of calling and no one helping.

I had a great experience first time visiting the Quick Care Clinic. Called on a Saturday at around 9:30 am and despite the fact that they were fully booked I got an appointment for the same afternoon. The lady on the phone was very kind and helpful. When I arrived I had only a couple of minutes waiting time. I got examined carefully and all my questions were answered. Felt very well taken care of! My prescription was sent to my pharmacy right away which was very helpful on a late Saturday afternoon!

I think most of the bad reviews on here are the people that are upset with our health care system and not directly this clinic. I had a really good experience with my daughter. Reception was very friendly and the nurses, Clara and Heidi were both so nice and helpful. Online booking was also so easy and convenient! I'm so happy that they were able to help, and will definitely going back when needed! 🙂

Today is October 15 2024. The receptionist who took my phone call was the sweetest most polite woman I've spoken to in recent years. This place gets a lot of negative reviews which I don't think is fair given the fact they're doing the best they can with what they are given from our government. Today's receptionist definitely needs a raise. Also the nurse that helped me I believe her name was Sara, she was very sweet as well. What a great experience.

The one time I went there it was fine. But ever since then I haven't been able to get a call through to them. I'll get the call back message and thats it. When I call it doesn't even ring its just dead silence. I'll even call a few hours into the afternoon and it's the same thing. I am inclined to think they changed the phone number and never updated it online but who knows.

This place is a joke. They screen there calls. Both me and my husband have been trying to get through since they opened an have only got the voicemail once. We tried for over an hour. No wonder people in the area would rather sit at home and hope to get better rather than try to go see a doctor cause the can't see one anyway. And then when you finally do get through you get told sorry we are all full for the day please try again tomorrow. If I could give this place less than a 1 I would. Complete disgrace to our healthcare.

I started trying to call at 9am sharp, 26 tries in 24 minutes, I just kept trying as there was no hold or que system. Its not great, but I have tried to call clinics and just been told that I can't get an appointment, to try back in 6 weeks. Or try sitting at ER bleeding for 7hrs
Late afternoon appointment, its better than the other options.
