J'ai reçu un bon service en général pour une urgence...mais pouvait pas me garder il envoyer a Belleville 2h en ambulance arrive la ...service pourie... mais ici très bon service cette hopital qhc north.

Picked up a Colonography CT prep kit yesterday for a early morning CT tomorrow in Belleville. As a retired Registered Nurse, I am horrified to discover both of these medication bottles expired 4 months ago. I can’t rebook the CT as the next available appointment isn’t until mid December. Please advise your Radiology department they need to follow all healthcare guidelines including checking the expiration dates of drugs given to patients.
Pretty annoyed at the lack of professionalism, at the patient’s expense.

Son had minor infection and we had nowhere to go to get antibiotics. I was expecting to be in there for 3-4 hours but we were in and out in 30 minutes. Receptionist, nurses and doctor were all very friendly and helpful. Greatly appreciated their help!

Nurses and information staff were very friendly and helpful. The doctor on the other hand was snarky and had a nasty attitude when I asked him a question. Made me feel like an idiot for asking a question when he asked if I had any. Waiting room had 1 other person in front of us and it still took 3 hours, others who showed up after were takes before us aswell.

In the late afternoon of 25 July 24, I punctured my thigh with a nail just above my right knee during work at my Hunt Club near Apsley. I consulted with Telehealth Ontario who advised to attend hospital to stop the bleeding and get a tetanus shot. I received wonderfully excellent attention and treatment from friendly, efficient and truly compassionate care givers. All those hospital personnel included triage assessment, registration, doctor's evaluation, cleansing of my wound, its subsequent dressing and a tetanus needle followed with advice to me for care of the injury over the next few days.

What an absolutely wonderful staff
Very efficient
I came in panicked and concerned
They were able to get me in and get my bloodwork and x-rays all taken care of, found the issue and sent me on my way within 90 minutes
Thank very much Dash and the nurses that took great care of me, and the kind miss at reception also.
