Dr. Ko is an excellent physician and has taken very good care of our 4 person family with young children. I have been seeimg her for almost 8 years now at Ranchlands Medical Centre. Dr. Ko takes our concerns seriously and is very understanding of the pressures we face managing my children's health. I feel so lucky to have her as our doctor.

The clinic administration has improved a lot in the time that we have been coming here. Staff are warm and friendly and do their very best to ensure we receive timely care, despite the many constraints in our medical system.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Show up yesterday to get my son in to see a doctor at 4:15 and they said the doctor can’t see anyone else for the day. There was 1 person in the waiting room. Why do you say you’re open till 5pm when you’re not. Receptionists were rude and did not provide any help at all. Have come to this location before and was met with poor customer service. Why do we pay 100’s of millions of dollars in Canada for health care when it seems we would be better off with a private system.

Very happy with Ranchlands Medical Center the receptionist team is wonderful very helpful and accommodating. I've been a patient of Dr. Wong's for over 5 years I followed him from his former clinic, he's a very compassionate family doctor and thrives for the best care of his patients. Very grateful for having the team at Ranchlands.

I have been a patient of Dr. Naqsh Muftee for over 10 years, and I can't speak highly enough about the exceptional care I've received. Dr. Muftee is not only highly knowledgeable and skilled but also genuinely compassionate and attentive. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and makes me feel comfortable. Over the years, I've come to trust and respect her expertise completely. I truly feel fortunate to have such a dedicated and caring doctor looking after my health. Reception can be better though.

I came in looking for some help as I haven’t been able to keep any food down for the past 3 days as I have been throwing up non stop. I was basically passing out and the receptionist working was nothing but rude and condescending when telling me that they did not accept walk ins. I completely understand that this is a policy and I would have had no problem leaving if she spoke to me like a person and not as if I was dirt on her shoe. This was just an awful experience especially considering the fact that I was quite literally about to pass out in the lobby. As someone who works in customer service this is embarrassing not just for receptionist but the clinic as a whole.

Having been a patient at Ranchlands Medical Centre since my family doctor came to this Medical Centre, I regret to say that my interactions with the receptionist have consistently fallen short of expectations. Despite my enduring appreciation for my doctor's exceptional care, the lack of friendliness and professionalism exhibited by the receptionist has been a persistent issue.

From the outset, the receptionist's demeanor has been consistently impatient and condescending, which is concerning in any setting, but particularly so in a healthcare environment where empathy is crucial.

This ongoing issue was recently underscored by a scheduling error for a psychologist appointment. Despite my diligent efforts to always respect appointment times and provide ample notice for changes, the receptionist's response was unnecessarily harsh, causing me significant anxiety during an already vulnerable time.

The presence of multiple staff members at the reception desk compounds the disappointment, prompting concerns about the broader culture and service standards at the medical centre. Particularly troubling is the lack of prompt response to phone calls, coupled with instances where callers are unexpectedly placed on hold for extended periods without prior notification.

While I remain deeply grateful for the exceptional care provided by my doctor, the ongoing negative experiences with the receptionist have left me feeling uneasy about entrusting my documents and personal information with them. Despite these challenges, my loyalty to my doctor remains unwavering. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for the management to address these longstanding concerns and uphold the quality of care for all patients at the clinic.

The receptionist is very bad and impatient. I have been registered at this clinic since 2019. At that time, the Chinese receptionist was a young girl, and the clinic had walk-in appointments. The doctor was great; she used to say that on her walk-in day, as long as we entered the clinic, she could see us no matter how late it was.

I don't know when there was a change in the Chinese receptionist. She firmly stated that they are never a walk-in clinic. In any case, my experiences with every phone call have been terrible. Each time, the receptionist's attitude is arrogant and very impatient. In contrast, the interactions with the doctor and other patients have been pleasant.
The Chinese receptionist is particularly rude and lacks patience. Every time I call for an appointment, it is a very unpleasant experience.

Dr. Mahmood is very accommodating to me and my children. She show care and concern to her patients. The staff are kind and polite.
