Le pire service qui existe! Si je pouvais noter -5 étoiles je l’aurais fait. J’ai retourner une carte mère défectueuse et me dise qu’elle ne l’est pas il m’envoie une facture de 127$ de frais lol j’achete Toujours sûre newegg pourquoi j’ai acheter la bonne question. Il ne veulent pas rembourser je suis obliger de réclamer à PayPal.

Kendal was mainly the person who helped me throughout. I had a bricked tower and brought it into the shop. Even when there was a lot of work, they were able to get my computer diagnosed within 24 hours. He was polite and gave good and honest suggestions/recommendation. I ended up buying a new computer, and their service was exemplary. I would recommend anyone to this shop!

Great computer shop. Went in with a new PC build that wouldn't boot, tried everything for hours and it took them like 5 minutes. and then they took care of cable management, BIOS update and installed windows and drivers for me. Would definitely recommend, extremely satisfied with the experience.

Awesome place. Great customer service. Excellent advice for upgrade gaming pc paths. I had no problems buying stuff from them. Very friendly on the telephone. They don't rush you off for sound annoyed or greedy or like robots. These people genuinely care about tech. When I had questions they answered it was very quick and explained in detail and I wasn't left in the dark. 10/10 place everyone should buy tech parts from them. and the prices here beat out a lot of big box tech stores saves you money in long term.

Using another website to pick some parts out of for my first PC build was how RB Computing (RB) was brought to my radar. The other site constantly had RB as the store with the lowest prices for the components I was looking at. After reading the reviews, I decided to take a leap. Boy, am I glad I did.

Before my purchase, it seemed like I had a million questions, the staff at RB was super helpful and very prompt in their response. They were kind and understood my where I was coming from. With their reviews and top notch customer service, I decided to go ahead and buy over 12 components from them.

Every step of the way was communicated to me. Shipping was great and very quick! Very pleased with my purchase from RB Computing. Will definitely be back in the future for my computer needs.

Want to give my thanks to the team for putting together my dream system - especially Kendal, Scott, and Rob. The team worked with me from the very start, helping with suggestions, and sourcing all the parts that I wanted that were not in stock. Great little computer shop! Can find good deals on parts. They are one of the retailer options on PCPartPicker so it’s easy to compare prices and availability when building a system.

Thank you for taking care of my entire computer family through multiple generations of computers and related items over many years. From finding lost data to ordering new computer family members, I think this store has done it all over the years that I have owned computers. The backup which was set up for me still works great.
