2024-07-02 "We built our cottage last year, keeping the existing well on the property, only to notice a terrible smell coming from the water. We did everything to correct this issue. We shocked the well multiple times and we had the anode rod replaced in our new hot water tank. We had the water tested several times all in an effort to identify and eliminate the odor. We consulted with a "water expert" who assured us that a water softener would correct our issue. After having this installed we were again disappointed to find no change to the smell. Frustrated we again consulted with this "expert" who suggested a filter. Again, this was identified as the “fix” that we needed. After this was installed we noted no change. At this point in the process we had spend over $5,000 just on the equipment suggested, and still had a persistent odor in our water.

Desperate to find a solution, we were told to contact Premium Water Systems. Michel came visited our cottage and quickly told us what the issue was and that the products previously installed were not adequate for our water issues. Michel and his team are knowledgeable, professional and very clean. They installed their suggested products (a water softer and carbon filter) that successfully resolved the smell. We are thrilled, and are thankful to Premium Water Systems for their expertise and help as we can now truly enjoy our summer home. We highly recommend Premium water Systems to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and honest company."

Super friendly and professional service! I got my free water test done because I was suspicious of my well water quality. The results were explained to me and all the applicable solutions were presented. I was able to chose the package that covered my needs and budget. Our well water had a terrible sulphur smell and was leaving rust stains and calcium deposits everywhere. Mike came in on a Monday, tested our water, and explained everything as he was doing it. He was entirely up-front about everything and never pushed a solution on us. That same week, he had our system installed for us and our water is now crystal clear, odorless, and perfectly drinkable.
