I don't know whats their deal , but called them to have my snowblower picked up never picked it up

Took in two chain saws for regular maintenance, paid $150 and received back two chain saws that don't work. We took them back and were told n"ormally people just buy new ones". We asked them to fix it since we'd just spent $150 and 3 weeks later we just took the chainsaws back still broken. Small town limited choices, so we tried again with our snow blower. Were told $350 to fix and when we picked it up the bill was $540. The man behind the counter apologized and worked the bill down a bit but we won't be taking anything here in the future Nd were still out two chainsaws.
