I booked Red Earth Spa's couple massage for our anniversary. The ambience was nice and the ladies at the front greeted us with smiles. Our masseuses did a good job and we came out feeling relaxed. Part of the spa experience we were planning to enjoy the hot pool, sauna, exercise room but unfortunately it was unavailable due to maintenance. Wish they told us about this when we booked yesterday as the pictures looked great and was part of the reason we wanted to try Red Earth Spa. Took a look at the hot pool and looked like no maintenance work is being done on it so don't know when it'll be available for future spa guests. Got charged the spa massage price because it's in a spa but really got a massage without the spa facility use. Only one shower in the men's locker room and found out the body wash dispenser was empty on a Tuesday which is a quiet day.
Wished we had a better experience or at least notified about the lack of facility use that was advertised included.

If your after a secluded tranquil time-out spa treatment while your in Banff, then Red Earth Spa is the place to go.

Decent prices, friendly staff and all the amenities to utilise while you have your treatment.

My husband and I each had a foot massage which was super lovely and a nice way to finish off a day of walking around during the summer heat in Banff.

We were lucky enough to walk straight in and get an appointment however this isn’t usual so I would recommend making a booking so you don’t miss out.

Definitely one of the best massages I have ever had! I would definitely recommend one of their packages. The spa is clean and the hot pool area is so refreshing and was not crowded. Everyone was super nice!

Amazing. Came here for my honeymoon with my husband. We felt like we were on cloud 9 after. The massage was just what we needed. Then after we enjoyed the beautiful sauna/hottub

Mediocre massage. The areas that I communicated that needed more attention were over looked. The masseuse massaged my areas of concern at the end of the massage when there was only 5 mins left, it was a waste of money. When it came time to pay, the ladies at the cashier ask you how much you’d like to tip instead of handing over the machine.

The hot pool & sauna were definitely a great part of the included amenities. It’s a nice clean facility but I will be trying new places when I’m back.

Had a pedicure here last week, and while the service was friendly, the pedicure really felt more like a "polish change", and an expensive one for just that. I've never had an esthetician only use the foot file on just my toes, and only scrubbed in one direction (scrub is also used lightly here as her pressure was hardly there). It felt like only my toes were paid attention too, and even then it was okay. I had previously cut one of my nails too short, and I feel because of this she didn't shape or touch any of the nails other than to paint them (she did a good job of painting them). Overall, save your money and go to the city.

This place was amazing. Didn't get to see the pool, but the atmosphere is wonderful, the staff delightful, and the massage incredible. Will be going back if the chance pops up for another one.
It is on the pricier side, but it is worth it.
