I had a very unfortunate makeup trial for my wedding with Sarah. She was up selling me on products for my skin throughout and after the makeup trial even though I had noted that I only wanted to focus on the trial. It was also a very difficult process to get my deposit back as I decided not to continue with her after the trial.

I can't speak to the other services offered by Remedy Medica but I would suggest looking elsewhere for makeup services.

My best fiend and I came in today to see what services were offered. The lady behind the counter asked us if we had any issues with our skin. I didn’t have a comment. My friend said she didn’t have any and was happy with her skin. The women then went and got a pamphlet for my friend and told her that she would be able to help with issues like the redness she saw on her face. Up until this point my friend didn’t realize she had any ‘issues’ with her skin and was happy with the way she looked.

We felt the customer service we received on our initial visit was extremely unprofessional and insulting.

This was a terrible first impression and I would not recommend this clinic based on that.
