I’ve been using this pharmacy for two years and I’ve finally had it. They are consistently getting things wrong, forgetting medications, making me wait when I called in days ahead of time. And when I ask to speak to someone no one takes accountability. It is literally the worst run pharmacy I have EVER experienced

So I recently went to my pharmacy today around 3pm, now I have been using this location as my pharmacy for three years now as of this October coming up. I’m not sure why I don’t just switch pharmacies at this point because this is now the fifth time I’ve had issues with them. Before anything even happened with me, I witnessed an elderly lady talking to the pharmacist about her prescriptions and due to the fact that this lady was elderly, she wasn’t speaking as loudly so the pharmacist yelled in her face saying
“I don’t understand what you were trying to say so therefore I won’t be speaking to you about your prescription any longer because you’re frustrating me and I’m very busy”
PARDON!? is this how we treat elderly people let alone a customer!? so that already got me all frazzled. Then it was my turn! I simply walk up to the counter and told her that I got a notification that two of my prescriptions out of four prescriptions were ready for pick up. She practically whispered the names of the two prescriptions that were ready, but when it came down to my other two prescriptions, that’s when she started raising her voice for the whole store to hear. Now I shouldn’t be embarrassed as an adult female that I am picking up an IUD but at the end of the day, I am embarrassed about it and it’s totally okay. But when the pharmacist is yelling out that my IUD will be ready for pick up tomorrow and a bunch of teenage boys start laughing at me that’s where I have an issue. I understand it is not a doctors office and it’s not as private as a doctors office, but the least she could’ve done was lower her voice to a normal talking tone rather than yelling it and the whole store now knowing I will have to be picking up an IUD tomorrow. or maybe say the other two prescriptions that are currently being processed will be ready for pick up tomorrow. Not Name the prescriptions for all of Bell’s corners to know. I don’t know this is just some common sense I’m guessing people should know. I’m just throwing suggestions out there And really feel she did not have to yell out that my IUD would be ready for pick up tomorrow. She crossed the line and embarrassed the heck out of me. A 26-year-old practically in tears and profusely sweating due to embarrassment as she does the walk of shame with a shit ton of teenagers laughing at her because her private prescription was yelled out for all to hear. Legitimately did a walk of shame out of the Rexal while a bunch of teenagers laughed at me. All I keep thinking is the people who have conditions that they’re embarrassed about and have to pick up medication for that condition that they’re embarrassed about and this female behind the pharmacy desk yelling out what the medication they’re there to pick up is for. This is so wrong on so many different levels. She really could’ve just said that my other two prescriptions were going to be ready for pick up tomorrow but instead she let everyone know that my lorazepam and my IUD will be ready for pick up. So disgusted by this type of customer service and will be making a report higher up about this pharmacist.

The pharmacy staff are always helpful. I've never had a bad experience there. There's a couple cashiers I've see a few times and they are super nice to deal with.

It's a Rexall, so their prices aren't always great but you can't fault that location for that.

Good turn around time on prescriptions and the pharmacy staff are always helpful.

The store is clean, well stocked and well staffed. What more are you looking for in a pharmacy? If you want super cheap deals, go to a non-loblaws supermarket or Walmart. If you want convenience, decent variety, and friendly staff, go to this Rexall.

Pharmacy service was already hit and miss over the last couple of years. Some of the staff were great, but it seems like they are all gone now. It has been nothing but headaches for the last few months.

Prescriptions are on auto-renew and they’re never ready. They run out of meds constantly and don’t bother to say anything until you are fully out and following up, and they just shrug their shoulders. Their advice is to just wait (not an option to go without meds for days) or to drive all over the city to find another store that has it in stock. If they are having these issues and there is a refill pending they need to notify you so this can be worked out before it is too late.

They constantly have temporary pharmacists covering now that are rude and useless and don’t care at all. I don’t know what is happening at this place but it’s become terrible to the point of dangerous since they are so careless about peoples medication!

Stay away and find somewhere else.

This place has caused me more ANXIETY and GRIEF than anything else! They’ve mixed my meds so many times! I’m to have my blister packs every two weeks and they’re NEVER READY! I have never in my life had such a bad experience with a Pharmacy! They are ridiculous!

Great pharmacy staff. Was in today was served by Carla so friendly and helpful. And an excellent 👌 shopping experience.

They put my prescription through twice in error and didn't notice, and then told me it was a duplicate and the couldnt fill it. They asked if I had filled it somewhere else, as though I was trying to get away with something. To correct there mistake, I went through two trips to my doctor's office and another pharmacy twice. I called my insurance provider they explained to me how Rexall submitted the same prescription minutes apart. I ended up having to pay cash for at another pharmacy. Rexall responded to an email I sent and said they forwarded it to their manager, but I never did get a response.

I will never go back their again. If they had just acknowledged their mistake and filled my prescription, it would have been fine.

The individual employees try their best and are nice when you talk to them, but it seems badly organized.

For example:
My prescription is not that common so they often don't have all of it at once. More than once I've called them asking for the rest and they haven't received it and have no idea what went wrong.

They even deleted a prescription one time. My doctor had prescribed two things and I didn't need one of them anymore so I said to cancel it but they just deleted the whole prescription.
