This was my second time purchasing a Steelcase product from RGO, and I had an excellent experience with Kirby and Bella.

I bought a standing desk for my home office, and from the initial contact to installation, everything went smoothly with prompt communication. Bella suggested an excellent product for my needs, and thanks to my new standing desk from RGO, my back pain has completely disappeared.

The installers were very careful in my home; they didn't make a single ding or dent on my walls while moving the furniture upstairs. They also provided excellent cable management, ensuring all my desk cables are neatly hidden.

RGO also gave me an SAIT alumni discount, and despite furniture prices possibly being slightly higher than stores like IKEA or Amazon, the 12-year warranty ensures a quality product that will last for many years.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my investment from RGO; it was well worth the price. I highly recommend purchasing products from RGO.

The RGO team truly went above and beyond from the initial design concept, coordination with multiple project stakeholders, to the final installation. RGO’s design team was led by Mike Juristy and the installation lead by Dan Capano. Both exhibited creativity and flexibility in providing solutions and are genuinely passionate about what they do. RGO was the right choice for PCL Constructions new Calgary District office tenant fit out.

Susan and RGO were highly recommended to us and they lived up to expectations. Susan, with very little notice met my husband and I late one evening to help us decide what type and color of blinds would work best in our new home. Being that it was a new home and we were in a rush for blinds, we were so happy as they made it in record time and were installed by a fantastic technician. We are very pleased with the customer service we received and are loving our blinds.
