The overall cleanliness of the clinic is spot on. The family doctors are extremely friendly and patient. The front desk staff are also welcoming.

However, the main purpose is lost with very long waiting period upto 1.5-2 hours even for scheduled visits (family doctor or vaccine appointments alike). Waited until 4:25pm today for a vax shot scheduled for 2:30pm. It gets hard especially because the visits are obviously during working hours and I end up spending almost half-day time off of my own office hours, every single time.

Update EDIT, Jan 13, 2023: Moved up the stars. The clinic has greatly improved on their time management and appointments. Appreciated - keep up the good work!

One of the workers here, black hair with bangs, has some of the worst manners I’ve ever seen, it feels like she’s actively looking to start a fight with people. Also, bringing her dog inside the clinic. Very unprofessional

We had an appointment today at 11:30 but had to wait around 1 hours which we don't mind that much but then we were called up front and showed are appointment card which had family written on and they said its fake and they didnt give that to us. We also felt that they were racist(only the front end). They said they will never take us, this all was interacted with someone so called “John”but I don’t believe that’s her real name.

On Wednesday may 25th I parked behind the pharmacy thinking it was visitor parking for the apartments above and next to the pharmacy. There are no signs in the side lot saying you can’t park, on the parking spots closer to the building it does say no overnight parking. I had never been to the building and was visiting a friend who just moved in this week. I parked for 30-40 mins between 9pm-10pm not what I’d call over night parking.

When I finally got ahold of the towing company which was located on the complete opposite end of the city. They told me it was private property and the owner called to have me towed. Shortly after I realized there was other people in this exact situation who I met while in my stage of confusion. The towing company who was actually reasonable eventually told me that the owner of the pharmacy and of the building sits in his penthouse on the top floor taking pictures of cars parking and calls tow truck companies to have them removed. If you don’t want people parking there why don’t you just put up some proper signage. You’re screwing people, not only did this cost $200 but it wasted hours of life.. Avoid this pharmacy, the owner is gutless.

Grumpy front desk ladies. I came in with my twins early at 8:30 for an appointment and I was about to say good morning one of them caught me off and said sit down we are still opening our computers .
After computers were opened she asked me do you want walk in clinic or you have an appointment I said appointment and I gave her my daughter name to check in and then she said no you don't have an appointment in this clinic it might be in some other place !
I remembered the other lady voice and I told her she called me for an appointment then the other lady checked again and said your appointment is tomorrow not today, I am sure she said today over the phone and my calender ringed accordingly .

The staff were rude and unhelpful, making me feel like I was a burden on them. I had to wait for ages to be served, and when I finally was, they got my prescription wrong. When I tried to get it fixed, they acted like it was my fault and refused to apologize. I would not recommend this shitshow to anyone.

I was there today to get my Covid Vaccine and was treated very disrespectfully! The video was recorded by another person sitting down and I plan on escalating it as that behaviour is simply not acceptable. I do not recommend this place to anyone as long as such staff members work there..

Rude front desk, doctors and long waiting hours although you have an appointment booked. Better off in another clinic.
