As a relatively new patient I have nothing but praise for this practice. Shauna was extremely helpful during registration and Dorothy has been excellent since my first meeting with her. She even called me with test results on a Saturday. Just first rate service all around. I feel very fortunate to have been accepted as a patient.

Dr. Keys is a good Doctor and Dorothy is a PA. However Shauna, although she is a nice person, the office administration leaves a lot to be desired. No one answers the phone, they don't return messages and it takes forever to get prescription renewals

No way to treat the people this way we take appointments 1020am we are here for emergency but the staff is not open the door and my family is waiting out side we call and they say 1020am we allow you when we go they not open the door and not answering the phone this is my first and last visit in this clinic look racism clinic
I hate we come emergency not for fun

Tammy's service when I came in last week was very warm and welcoming. She made my visit a priority and I was able to meet with Dr. Keys same day. Johnathan was very professional and invested the time to listen and learn about my need to come in. The office is very clean and there is lots of parking which is hard to find in this central area. I would certainly recommend.

Dr. Keys was an incredible. I had to make a deop in appoint and he, along with his staff, were extremely accomidating. The building had a very clean and modetn look. Dr. Keys was extremely professional and helpful. If you find yourself in need i highly recommend going here

Never go here.. They dont know how to behave others... . They treat you as a slave.. The worst is receptionists.. If you dont trust me, go there and feel the experience...
