They were amazing! My son broke a tooth and we rushed there just before closing and they did not hesitate to help. They were kind and took the time to make him feel comfortable. 5 stars for sure.

It was a Friday afternoon and my jaw was swelling from a broken molar. I'm from another province. My husband and I desperately started calling dental clinics. Rideau Town clinic answered and I had an appointment in less than an hour. The dentist, Dr. Walid and staff were wonderful. Dr. Walid had to remove the tooth so I returned in a week for that procedure. The removal was tough due to the nature of the tooth, but the dentist was successful. The instructions for care were clear. Great experience.

Great experience! Very nice office, and Dr. Walid was a pleasure to meet. Barely felt the anesthetic and literally fell asleep in the chair during the filling replacement. Probably the most pleasant dental experience I've had.

Rideau Dental claims "patient comfort and satisfaction are top priorities." but this couldn't be further from the truth.
I recently had a couple cavities filled by Dr Walid and he didn't seem to care that my mouth wasn't numb until I flinched when he hit the nerve. He asked how my mouth felt after numbing it for the first filling and I said it felt normal. My assumption would be someone would clue in that normal doesn't mean numb but I guess that's on me for not clarifying. The second time however, I argued with him that my mouth was not at all numb. Literally argued with him. Dr Walid didn't believe me and insisted he see the symptoms for himself (as in let's proceed with the filling and wait until he hits the nerve), but don't worry! He'll go slow!Thanks for taking my concerns and feedback seriously, Dr Walid!

I've never been fond of dentists, but I have to say I was shown nothing short of the utmost respect from all those who work here. Great dentists, assistants and receptionists. Would recommend this place to anyone who needs work done, no matter how big or small. Although they are understandably busy, they will make time to answer your questions which makes recovery less stressful.
