Best. Massage. Ever.

Seven weeks ago I had a full hip replacement. I was told by a friend that the right fit clinic helped him a lot with lymphatic massages. I have decided to try it. The session was done by a true professional in every way. Her name is Jenna Lafleche . Just before my Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapy , she explained to me the procedure. The room for the massage is beautiful , relaxing and has soft music. Jenna is absoluteley outstanding. Everything is done with respect. The swelling around my incision and a few inches lower have started to come down immediately after the treatment. I am continuing with more of these treatments.

I was very selective about choosing an RMT that could help with my particular needs. Radical neck surgery, radiation treatment and chemotherapy result in some specific deficits. Jenna understands that. Her work really helps relieve tensions and pain in my neck and shoulders. Also, the lymphatic drainage / cranial massage is so good. Never knew I needed it but given the removal of multiple lymph nodes I did. Relieved puffiness and discomfort and just feels good.
Aside from the technical piece the communication aspect was important to me as well. Jenna really listens first then goes about her business. Easy to talk to and feedback is encouraged during session.

Can't recommend Jenna enough!! I have a few mobility issues that make other types of massage a little too tough on my body, but even after just one session with Jenna, I felt my pain levels noticeably decreased for a few weeks and overall just felt less stiff and sore. My quality of sleep also improved directly after my massage so lots of benefits:)
