We have been coming here for a few years now and they just keep getting better. Doctors are actually listening to you and work with you to find a solution. They don't just treat you as a number and try to push you out the door.
Open and honest and seem to actually care.
We had never used the pharmacy now until recently and I will never go anywhere else. 10 minutes for a fill and they are better priced than Costco!
The ladies at the front are really friendly and pleasant.
Wait times are minimal. I can call for an appointment and usually get in the same day or a day later.
When our healthcare feels like it's failing, this clinic gives me hope that there are still great doctors and medical clinics out there!

This clinic was good when it first opened. Since then, it has gone downhill. I try my best not to go here, as dealing with the simplest tasks seems to be a chore for them. The front office staff are experts at making excuses. If you question them about anything-such as their procedures for prescription refills or the hours patients must wait when an appointment was booked in advance- they give explanations that really do not make any sense. To mention another issue, whenever you call the clinic, they truthfully pick up only 10-15% of the time. Additionally, they do not have a messaging service where you can leave a voicemail , and they will get back to you. This shows that they truly do not care about patients, only their billings and bottom line. Basically, in my experience, they lack compassion and empathy for people. I never go in as a walk-in patient; I actually have a family doctor that I see here. The doctor is good whenever I actually get a chance to speak to him.

My thoughts are that if the clinic is so busy, they should stop taking in new patients so the workload is manageable. After all, you are dealing with people's well-being. They need to improve communication and ensure patients receive the care and medications they need.

One of the ABSOLUTE worst walk in clinics I have ever encountered!
The receptionists are incompetent, they are rude, they are condescending. This clinic has a lot of work to do!!
A young girl cut her foot at the beach and was told to calm down and was handed some stickers…. The doctor rooms HOURS to see only 4 patients!! When I FINALLY got to see a doctor 2.5 hrs later - they lied to me and told that the patients before me all had appointments - however, I was in the waiting room and witnessed them come in as walk-ins! I have never been treated with such disrespect & disregard. I wonder why some people choose to work in health care settings if they don’t care!!

Clinics like this is why our healthcare system is failing. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!! There are much better clinics out there.

My experience with my doctor here is alright but the staff just DONT ANSWER YOUR PHONE CALLS. I've called 6 times in the past 3 days, at different times of day, to try to schedule an appointment. Went to voicemail each time. And they do not have an online appointment system.

I understand being busy. But how are you supposed to see your doctor when it's impossible to make an appointment?

Looking for a new family doctor because this place does not make you feel welcome.

Horrible experience. I had an appointment at 4:45 arrived on time and had to wait a whole hour to get brought into a room (5:45), and still had to wait for the doctor to arrive to the room. They had walk ins go before me (I know they were walk ins because they would say so arriving with the receptionist). What is the point of having an appointment if they won’t respect it? And the receptionist was not helpful at all when I mentioned it to her, she said how I would be the next patient yet I saw two more walk ins go in before me. Don’t book here if you don’t want to waste your time even if you have an appointment.

One of the major problem with socialized medicine is many doctor's don't care how they treat patients. If they got paid directly from patients they would have likely a whole different attitude. I had an appointment booked and waited 20 minutes. Then I went to the receptionist to ask how long he would be. She told me he still wasn't in for work yet. I saw him stroll in on his cell phone not a care in the world. The when I saw him he told me he was seeing another patient. So not only was he late for work, he lied. Would not recommend this place.

Medical centers are a very hard place . I have struggled to find a doctor that would care . So giving this place a 5 star does not come lightly. This clinic, on MANY occasions has went " above and beyond " the call of duty . My doctor saved my life and I truly dont believe I would be here if he hadn't helped me .

Just remember this isn't an easy field to work in and try to be understanding. If you show them respect and patience they will return the gesture .

Thanks Doctor Al****sh ( he knows who he is lol) you are truly a saint. Me and my family owe you a debt of gratitude. Keep on fighting the good fight !!!

I’m so grateful to have Rivercrest Medical Clinic in our community. The clinic itself is clean, professional, and welcoming. Wait times are acceptable, and I really appreciate that they make sure every patient gets the time and attention they need.

The front staff are always friendly, helpful, and working tirelessly to serve us with a smile.

Dr. Hamza Jummah has been excellent with my family, so knowledgeable, kind, and especially great at making little ones feel comfortable. He really listens and takes the time to explain things.

I also want to mention Dr. Torbey, what a blessing to have such a caring, dedicated doctor in town. Thank you to the whole team for your wonderful service and commitment to our community!
