We were travelling from out of town and my friend was having trouble breathing so we googled the nearest emergency and came across Riverside Health Care Emergency, upon arriving the was no clear marking of where to enter and we were directed to the east side of the building. we walked through a long hallway and came across a reception desk where we attempted to get help. The receptionist was cold and it seemed like she was annoyed and confused that we were speaking with her. we asked if this was the emergency we googled and she told us that there were no emergency services and we needed an appointment. She informed us that we would have to drive to fort frances or rainy river (both approximately a 30 minute drive away.

Hopefully this review helps someone else in an emergency to not waste their time traveling to this location. It is misleading and dangerous to advertise on google that you offer emergency services when the staff at the location will refuse to help you.
