I live in a rural area and had a new outboard motor shipped to me by Riverside Marine. The guys there were fantastic, they took the time to think of everything I could possibly need and made the whole process effortless. If your looking for a place to belittled and made to feel fantastic for asking questions about the product you buy from them, then you have found a business that will call you names I can't put on a public posting. The products they sell are some of the best if not the best on the market!!! However customer service by the sales staff as well the manager leaves alot to be desired.
Prepare yourself to do your own research on the products you buy as there's a high likleyhood they won't know the answer or will give you a bogus one. Also before you buy call the manufacture of the products to be sure the warranty(s) are actually binding, as I found out from a manufacturer the product I was told came with warranty did not come with warranty!
I personally will never do business at the marine shop again the motor sports side however has always been rock solid and I will continue business there!!
