My husband came to see, I believe his name is TJ, for a concussion. He had my husband 98% back to himself with in 6 months of his SMVA.

Would recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for a physiotherapy.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
My consultation with the physiotherapist was virtual, meaning you’re talking to an iPhone on a tripod. The physiotherapist was 25 minutes late and was talking loudly to someone else during the “virtual consultation”, and then just left the screen. The whole experience was so unprofessional and bizarre that I was expecting a camera crew to jump out and let me know it was just a prank. No such luck.
They direct billed my benefits provider which is convenient but when I saw the claim amount the next day I was not impressed, especially for the level of service I received.
There are better clinics nearby, check them out and don’t waste your time here.

Went in a few months ago. Not very impressed with the physiotherapist whom was talking bad about another patient and their vaccine views. Front staff was really kind and informed. Talked to other businesses in building and heard how staff is not treated well. Not really a place which is needed in a small town. Would rather drive somewhere that respects their employees.

I have nothing but good experiences working with the team at the Carstairs location. From the time you walk through the doors to the time you leave, they are professional and caring. They have helped me tremendously with my WCB injury.
