DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC AT ALL! PERIOD.
Today was the worst doctor visit I had ever in my life, with my wife and 3-year daughter.
They told us they will be having a "meeting" in the waiting area of the clinic, so everyone needs to leave that waiting area. I was with my daughter, and my wife was in the room. My daughter was having milk. I had to stop her, and rushed to the room because they were going to have the "meeting" in the waiting area.
We waited for 45 minutes above our appointment time. When we tried to ask them when doctor is going to show up, WE CAN NOT IMAGINE WHAT WE SAW. THEY WERE HAVING A LUNCH PARTY IN THAT WAITING AREA. That was unbelievable.
We just left without attending our appointment, and wasting our 45 minutes.

I've been with this clinic for 10 months and have generally had a great experience. However, my recent appointment with Dr. Lindsay Crickard was extremely disappointing, a mean lady.

We had 2 back-to-back appointments—one at 10:00 AM and another at 10:10 AM. We called ahead to inform the clinic that we might be slightly late due to issues with our baby's car seat. The receptionist assured us that as long as we arrived within the first 15 minutes, it would be fine. We arrived at 10:20 AM, expecting to be seen for at least our 2nd appointment. However, Dr. Crickard informed the reception that we were "too late" and charged us $100 for missing both appointments—even though we were still within the window for the second one ?!

What makes this even more frustrating is that, during my wife's pregnancy, we once arrived on time for an appointment, but the receptionist forgot to check us in. As a result, we waited for an hour, and my wife was in tears because of wasted time and feeling left out. But now, ironically, for being late to just one appointment, we were unfairly charged for both, thanks to Dr Crickard.

Dr. Crickard showed zero empathy and seemed more focused on enforcing rigid rules than actually providing patient care. This experience was completely different from the other doctors at this clinic, who have always been kind and understanding.

It’s disappointing to see this kind of treatment from a healthcare provider.

I am now 32 weeks pregnant and after calling and emailing my OB and the clinic (which both refused to return any of my calls and emails for 2.5 MONTHS!!!!) this is absolutely ridiculous! Finally got an appointment only because my partner called and complained. Proceeded to tell me I missed my “previous appointment” which I was not informed of nor is on any of my records and then say I had to pay $150 for the no show fee which is ridiculous considering the economy we live in these days $150 is not “easy money”.

Psa: the hospital itself has amazing staff but the clinic is horrible!!!
Honestly concidering just going to south health as they have done more care and check up on me than Rockyview has….

This clinic is incredible. My family and I have been fortunate enough to see Dr. Sloper as our family physician since 2012 when she delivered my daughter. She's kind, attentive, pragmatic and patient. My kids love her. Her colleagues have always made time for us when she was not available and things were more urgent. Dr. Whittaker, who provided my prenatal care, and Dr. Crickard who delivered my second child were similarly wonderful and the front desk and nurses have always been super helpful, reassuring and lovely. It's a busy clinic so if my appointment is a little late I know it's because another person, mama, pregnant lady or family probably needed a bit more time or something hard or urgent was going on. 🙂

Lack of proper time management = DOCTOR'S GREED.

For everyone's sake, please don't go to this clinic. Imagine the audacity of having your pregnant or post partum spouse having to wait over an hour for a half-assed check up while at the same time having signs up everywhere stating that no one is allowed to be late.

Good doctors , I liked everyone I met!
BUT! Time management is AWEFUL! There have been a lot of times they kept me waiting for 30,40,50 mins while pregnant, I didn't like it but I tried to understand, but when I was waiting for the doctor with naked(as they told me to keep him without clothes) 2 weeks old baby for 1 hour, I just lost my patience. We have an appointment for a certain time, we need to pay for parking,my husband has to go back to work and I as a new mom just need to have some rest not to sit at the clinic and be nervous. What makes things more annoying is that if a patient comes 10 mins late, they have to pay $150 or smth, really? Why don't you charge staff for being 1 hour late then Don't make appointments if you can't manage them or provide more time for each patient so that others don't wait for so long.

I love this clinic. They have been so attentive and have great followup. Dr Whittaker, and her colleagues who have covered for her at times she is away, have always been so supportive and calming with my maternity circumstances and have made the appointments easier. They have been able to get me in twice in urgent appointments very quickly.

Really great experience here for my first baby. Doctors are very thorough and caring. They always followed up on my concerns each meeting. Met a few of their doctors during my labour as well and they were all excellent.
