Can't say any more good things about this clinic.

Firstly, the office is amazing and cozy. It's open enough but still has dividers. Very playful feel. And they have changing stations for you and your baby.

Secondly, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Valery greeting you at the front is awesome. We had Maria as our OT person for our baby and she's outstanding.

I would highly recommend this clinic if you're looking to correct your baby's head shape. Couldn't be happier with the service they provided!

My daughter needed head shape asymmetry and we tried physio, turning her head during naps.. all the suggestions. After one doctor told me not to worry about it, I decided to get a second option. I am so glad I did as it led us to ROKband. My daughter was about 17 months old at this stage. We weren’t sure how much change would happen, but decided to go ahead and the whole ROKband team were amazing caring for us. The results were great! Because of my daughters age we didn't get as much change as hoped for, but also it was better than before. She wore her helmet for 5 months and we were very diligent with it. It seemed like it didn’t bother our girl at all. She would even bring it to us after bath and was happy to have it on. I'm very grateful and happy with the results! Special thanks to Dani and Maria at the Calgary clinic. Our only regret is not going to Rokband sooner!

Our experience here was nothing short of fantastic. Our baby was a level 4 and we started treatment right away at 4 months. The helmets are so light & cozy our baby didn’t mind it at all and started wearing it 20+ hours right away. We were dedicated with helmet wearing and our baby graduated in 3 short months. We worked with Kevin at the Calgary and he was so good with our little guy! The front desk staff Valerie was also wonderful to work with and was so kind each time we visited!

Maria and the team were amazing with every checkup. She was able to explain the logistics of the shape of our son's head and how it could be affecting the size of his eye. We did not feel any pressure to start the process but due to starting as early as possible, the issue was fixed in under 4 months which is shorter than what was estimated. His head shape is now perfect and we were able to continue to see if it regressed at all. Our son did not find any issues with sleeping or doing daily tasks with his helmet on. He was always excited to see everyone in the office. They accommodated any alterations we needed for comfort and were quick to adjust any appointments to facilitate our son's schedule.

The office environment is calm and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere. All staff, including the front desk team, are polite, knowledgeable, and highly professional. I was extremely satisfied with the services provided.

The system they use is user-friendly and includes helpful reminders for follow-up appointments. The consistent tracking of progress and making key adjustments to the helmet during each visit have significantly improved my baby’s flat spot.

I am truly delighted with the results we achieved together and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rokband Clinic to anyone in need of their services. Excellent job, team—keep up the great work! Cheers!

The staff here are amazing. They are so kind, welcoming and supportive. I will actually miss seeing them now that our helmet journey is done! Our only regret is not starting sooner. They make the whole process so simple and support you through the whole journey. They are always available for questions, and they are quite flexible with appointments. Would definitely recommend. We loved all the experience at yyc ROKband. Front desk was always very friendly! And Maria from the Calgary team was the professional who took care of our little one headshape. She was extremely careful and lovely with our baby during all the appointments. Our baby just graduated this past friday and we have no words to describe how happy and thankful we are:)

Took my 11 month old for the free initial assessment as I had concerns about his head shape. They explained everything so thoroughly in ways that anybody could understand and they were completely honest about the results. My baby didn't need any treatment for his head shape and they didn't try to sell me anything he didn't need. It was all around a great experience. Even if you have concerns but you're not sure if it's worth a visit, definitely go for the free initial assessment! The staff are so kind and welcoming, my baby didn't mind it one bit and I was able to see exactly how his head is shaped which put my mind at ease.
