I was extremely impressed with the level of personalized service I received at the Carleton Place Rona. I had an unusual challenge. I needed a durable attractive product to redo the floor at my photographic studio and the solution we used in the past was no longer available. After visiting several stores , it was the Rona team that really helped me out! They found the right product and also provided great advice on how to apply it. As you can see in the photo below, the solution they came up with for the floor looks fantastic....

Highly recommend shopping at this location. I can't say enough about the exceptional service provided to me by both the sales/ management and service staff. Purchased a snow blower that had a small issue that needed repair. My issue was taken care of right away and communication was excellent. 10/10. Thank You to Paul and the rest of the Rona Carleton Place staff for being fantastic to deal with.

Great Rona location. Excellent customer service from both the employees. Inside guy was quick and efficient billing out the construction items I needed. Outside order pick up employee was quick and efficient and loaded the vehicle with care to protect product from damage. Great experience.

I was at the Rona in Carleton Place yesterday. The young people they have working in the garden center where so friendly and polite that I'm seriously thinking about going there for everything before looking anywhere else. I live in Smith's Falls, and it is worth the drive for that kind of service. Thank you very much Rona. They made my wife happy. Happy wife, happy life.

Worst Rona ever. Went there yesterday to get an item that is listed on sale and in stock. Took me a good 10 minutes to even find a person in the store to ask for help, she paged someone, and Another 10 minutes go by before a person even comes to help me find the item. Then I was told the item was outside in the garden centre and they couldn’t access it. The man said he could see the item (literally right outside the door) but wasn’t able to go out there to get it. I asked if it was because he didn’t have a key to the door, he just said no, it wasn’t accessible, even though it was right there. When you have an item on sale, claiming in to be in stock, especially an item that is popular this time of year for starting seedlings for your garden, it might be a good idea to have it be accessible for your customers.
