I don't know why this place doesn't have a better rating. I've honestly never been so impressed with a Canadian medical clinic anywhere. I came in and they took my weight and height within 1 minute, then two minutes after that I was talking with the surgeon. Then the girls at the front booked me in with another doctor in the same office, and I saw that doctor within 5 minutes. I couldn't believe how efficient they were. And they were all super friendly. I was super impressed!

Went for a “meet and greet”
visit for a doctor taking new patients . She came in and immediately indicated that this is only a meet and greet and she would “decide” if she would take my husband and I as her patient in a VERY CURT” tone. I have never in my life met a doctor as rude as she was!! Our meeting was no more than 10 mins long. She asked for the “Cole’s book” version of our medical history. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life and believe me I am not that desperate to get a family doctor! Before she was able to say that she did not want us as patients, I had decided that I would rather wait hours in med centre before I go to her!!! Bad impressions all around!

I missed the call for a gall bladder removal appointment. I called so many times but been on hold for hours. Is this a norm? Is the system failing us? I'll probably call my family doctor and get referred somewhere else. But thinking.... it might be that this is the only available place. Very frustrating.
I can't stay on hold for too long, I have a job!

Stars for the fact every medical professional I have seen in this clinc has been great to interact with. Not only have they listened when explaining conditions/ issues but the bedside mannor has been amazing as well.

However getting an appointment can be a struggle between none returned phone calls for appointment bookings to haveing appointments reschedualed.

Wait times as well can be very hit or miss. I have seen the on time seeing the doctor at my apointment time and i have also had to wait up to 2 hours past my schedualed time to see said doctor. Unfortuntly its not a rare thing in our medical clincs to face wait times but it is frustrating when it happens.

15 years having a DR at this clinic....she is a good DR. But I guess if you don't get sick often enough to need them regularly, they drop you as patients leaving you without a family doctor when you do need them.

I see a lot of negative reviews and it is quite surprising to me.

I came into this clinic with no prior appointment. I had a massive ear ache which turned out to be an infection.

The staff at this clinic helped me as quickly as they could and with the exact level of professionalism that you would expect.

The clinic is very clean and the people who work here are kind.

I've had really good experiences both on the phone and in person.

Didn't give a 5 star because I was told it would be a 6 month wait time for my surgery and its been 8 months and I still don't have a date for my surgery. When I call to inquire they're very helpful, but send me to a booking line that tells me I have to deal with the clinic. So I'm on a never ending loop.
