Dr Ghisel is a knowledgeable doctor and has a very kind manner with his patients. The office is very clean and lots of room for seating. The staff are amazingly patient and it is always a short wait time to check in. I am grateful to have a well run practice to care for my family's health needs.

I have been going to Royal Vista Medical Clinic for several years now. At first as a walk-in; then when my family doctor at another clinic moved to BC I was accepted as a patience. My experience with Royal Vista has always been excellent. My family Doctor there has been away on maternity leave and my experience and treatment from the staff and the Doctors has also been excellent. Thank you!

Dr Sihota is on maternity leave and they have no date or if she is coming back. That is so disrespectful to patients. We should be treated better than that so we can make arrangements for another doctor. Then the one filling in refuses to take patient calls. It is against her "preference". Legally she has to see her patients in person or on the phone. And don't get me started on the receptionists!! No I am not going back to this place again.

Dr. Bhangra is fantastic, he takes the time to really listen to any questions and concerns and addresses them with care. It's clear to see that he genuinely cares for his patients and wants to help. Great clinic!

I wrote this review with great sadness and anger:
You never get through on the phone successfully on the first time, even you call the office right after 9:00am, they never answer your call, sometime the girl put you on hold, wait for 30-40 minutes is very common! Some time the auto machine reply
to let you call back later!

The patient never can book an appointment in the same day, the appointment always be put at least a few days later (what's the point to book an appointment with a family doctor? !!), arrogant and unfriendly front desk girl never try to help you, they just use cold voice like a Robot: It's full, sorry!

The doctors there are good, but the attitude of front desk is horrible! I never seen the patients are treated in this way! The experiences in this clinic is always bad because of the front desk girl!

The only reason why I am still stick with this clinic is because my family doctor is nice.

Remember, before you see the doctor, you have to experience you are being bullied and ignored! Can this main receptionist be fired? If she is gone, the star of this clinic will be way more than 3.4! And the patients' experience will be way better!

I have considered writing this review several times however I did not as I really like my doctor as a person. However, I have been a patient here for years and getting though to the office is horrible. The phone line says they are closed hours before the office closes without an option to leave a message. Depending on who you get (if the phone is ever answered) you generally feel as if you are an inconvenience. Unfortunately, medical clinics can be run poorly because the demand is so high, so the "you get what you get" is the philosophy I feel the management has accepted. Judging from the comments over the years this is not changing anytime soon.

I absolutely loved my experience at this clinic. From the receptionists to the nurse who checked my weight and blood pressure to Dr.Lara Adejumo, everyone treated me with warmth and respect. I am a very large lady and quite hesitant to seek medical treatment for fear of being judged. I felt genuinely cared for as a person. It made me want to be more proactive about tackling my health issues.

I am grateful to have found this medical clinic with a female doctor that was accepting new patience. I struggling with chronic pain and felt hopeless until I met Dr. Hamad. She has been my saviour arranging for a MRI and referring me to all the right specialist. Dr. Hamad genuinely cares about her patience going above and beyond even calling me from the airport while on vacation. She and her team at Royal Vista have all been amazing showing true commitment to my health!!
