We recently chose Dr Mir as our family doctor.we couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional care he provides. The doctors and staff were very helpful and supportive. I want to commend Rabia for being so nice and helpful every time I walk in.

I ran out of my prescribed medications a week ago and when I called my family Dr's office they told me the earliest appointment, for phone or otherwise, I could get was over a month away. I expressed I didn't really want to detox from these medications and they told me they could offer no suggestions(was able to get 1 week supply from the attached pharmacy to get in with another physician) - so I went to visit dr at this clinic (as I had already been here and so have my kids) I was able to see the Dr 5 minutes before they closed, he gave me what I needed and I went to the attached pharmacy to fulfill the prescription.
Walk ins at this clinic take about as long as any other walk in, but once I got a family dr here the experience changed completely. They are accommodating, thoughtful and don't ask me to come in once a month unless necessary. I have nothing bad to say about this clinic or the staff. I will be coming here now that the fancy downtown clinic treated me like garbage.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Mir. I went the clinic yesterday in walk-in, I just got the doctor with in 5 min, that I was not expected and surprised. I was so happy to met with Dr. Mir.

Also the front desk lady Rabiya, she is so friendly, enjoy her company while I was stand there and understandable. I love to talk with her.

Spent over an hour in the exam room waiting for a doctor who never showed up. The nurse with the scarf saw me, made eye contact, and walked away without even asking if I’d been helped. When I finally left, the doctor came out, not to apologize, but to excuse their unprofessionalism by saying, "we're a busy clinic." This, despite hearing him chatting with colleagues in the next room while no other exam rooms were occupied. A simple apology and accountability could have deescalated the situation, but instead, I was met with excuses. No wonder this clinic has such low ratings compared to others nearby.

My experience and my family’s experience with our family doctor Muhanad Alhasumi is exceptional. He is always listening to our concerns and provides us with solutions and advices. Also, Alhasumi is very professional and caring; his clients needs and concerns are priority. He has helped my dad overcome his health conditions. The care I received from Dr Muhanad was exceptional. He listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized treatment that yielded positive results. On top of that he also offers a free service for filling up your Immunisation profile if your seeking a healthcare position that requires these informations filled by you family Dr which not a lot of doctors offers this service for free !!!

Its getting harder and harder to find doctors who actually care and want to help. Thankfully this is one of those few places left. Sometimes the wait time can be rough but not as bad as other places. If you get here early, it's usually pretty decent. At the very least, they do their best to help you with your issues.

Needed last minute blood work, both visits I was seen in less than 30 minutes. Doctor Muhamad was very friendly. Will be using this clinic for drop ins in the future
