We just went through the whole denture process with Saberton, nothing but excellent things to say. Allie was amazing, explained everything and did a great job on the denture, the look, fit etc. is perfect. Even our dentist (who tried to send us elsewhere for dentures) commented more than once on the quality, color and fit. We will definitely recommend them to anyone!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the Brantford location. I have had two different denturists and both have been professional and efficient. The young woman that works at the front desk takes the time to make you feel welcome. She even remembers you on return visits. It is refreshing. The prices are reasonable that even people that are struggling today ( with the way the world is ) can afford to have a beautiful smile. I will be forever grateful.

The receptionist was my first point of contact, and she made me feel comfortable straight away! Jamie is fantastic! Nicole was friendly and very knowledgeable about dentures and many options. Nice clean office, helpful staff. Exceptional with affordable options! No need to go anywhere else!

Wow..... thats all I can say about Saberton. From the friendly reception to the fantastic care i was given. They gave me all my options, gave me the pros and cons of each one. I am now the proud owner of an upper Partial plate!!! Prices were awesome! I was able to pay mine in full but they also have fantastic payment plans!! Would I recommend Saberton to ALL my friends and family ABSOLUTELY!! Thank you Saberton for a fantastic experience!! I love my new teeth!!!

Aliya has been the best....she took over when the other lady went on maternity leave, she appears younger and was very insistent on having the impression done perfectly. I had my first trial and she was persistent to make the top set fit just right. I was so excited the second time as I thought they would be just right and they were. I had to wait 3 weeks for my new teeth. My new teeth were ready 1 week earlier than the denturist estimated. That had me overjoyed, however, I had a cold and didn't want to risk the health and welfare of others getting what I had so I kept my original appointment. I left with my dentures in the very same day instead of insisting that they weren't fitting just right. You need to stand your ground when you feel they aren't fitting just right.

Update:
I explained there was a gap between the roof of my mouth and the top of my dentures that I could feel with my tongue but Aliyah will argue with polite words and explain your complaint away with talk of how your bone in your jaw shrinks and tells you you can get it fixed next time when you come in for an adjustment. I want you all to hear my warning and please stand your ground. These denturist don't have dentures in their mouth. They know the right things to say and will talk in circles even if it is 20 minutes of going around In circles. For example I had an appointment for my first adjustment 2 weeks after I got my dentures and I called in a couple days before that appointment and switched it to another 2 weeks down the road and that day was just over a week ago. I was scheduled for 330 pm and It must be the end of the day for them that she didn't want to spend the 10 or 20 minutes she told me it takes for her to make the adjustment and fill in that gap that might I add is much much worse then the day I left with my dentures it is now 3/4 or 3 quarters of a centimeter now I just measured it from the roof if my mouth. Now think about this, the gap is not just a gap it affects the bite... I can't keep the upper set in my mouth when I eat because as soon as I bite down the dentures regardless of being glued in with adhesive just separate from my gums and slide out. Well when I went in for my adjustment she did that talking in circles thing I mentioned earlier and told me I had to come back in a week and she would fix it then.

I live in Selkirk. I take a taxi to Brantford. It is just over 70 minutes one way not to mention I waited an extra 2 weeks. I asked her how long this adjustment takes ND if I had to leave my dentures with them for the adjustment and she said it only takes 10 to 20 minutes that she can do it while I wait. So I said to her why can't you just do it now. I show her again how bad it is explain I can't even eat with them in and she reverts back to the talking in circles. So I proceed to get up and as im walking out I tell her bye that there is no point sitting there because my cab is waiting outside to drive me home over an hour away . I get to the front lobby where I am stuck behind another patient who is slowly but surely getting out the door and Aliya follows me out to tell me to come back and she will do it now that she is sorry and I said nope im leaving. I was so upset that I made sure not to update my review right away. The receptionist hasn't even called me to schedule me in for this adjustment so yeah....not a happy customer here. I am extremely intelligent and really don't want to say more than please heed my warning and stand your ground. Remember these dentures are in your mouth not theirs. If they don't fit right don't leave with them because if you do then you are stuck with them and will have to go for many adjustments I regret taking them that first day. Hindsight is 20/20 when you have no teeth in your mouth. If it has been 6 months that you have been waiting for your gums to heal, then an extra 3 weeks is nothing. Update
Feb 1, 2025 my bottom set broke in half they aren't calling me back. I'm so upset, disability paid for this and they aren't standing behind their work.DISGUST
