Beware! This company will not exchange or refund for wrong sizes or any reason other than defective quality. Here is the letter I sent 10 days ago to company president Darryl Kopang with no reply yet. Dear Sir/Madam: I must say that I am extremely disappointed in your company’s return policy, especially for a company doing most business via shipping. I purchased a hi-vis vest off of your website and it did not fit the way I had expected. Clearly I need a size smaller. Also it had an insulating liner that means it will be too hot. No problem, right? So I picked out another product on your website that would suit my needs. When I tried to make an exchange I was informed by your service department that they were simply not going to be able help in any way!! Not even if I returned it to your one retail outlet. Really?!! Can you please reach out to me to help me so that we can come to a fair arrangement? Otherwise I have just spent $124 that I may as well have thrown away. Thank you PS: The first person I spoke to in the sales department did not return my call even though he said he would get right back to me. After several hours I called the service department who bashfully gave me the bad news.

Our first order of branded safety vests were correct. The second batch came in with a fake logo of ours, which look like someone recreated. When we complained, they said they would fix it with professional printers. But when we received the vests, the logos were all stretched. I could tell from the photo proof that it was off and they assured me it was right. If I could easily spot the distortion, I don't understand how they would allow this to go to print. It is very basic printing knowledge, that a simple jpeg or eps file should not be distorted when a client sends this. The owners are not knowledgeable and don't know how to conduct business. Would not recommend their product or service.

Wouldn't recommend. While the prices look great you will end up paying $30 shipping and have to pay to return items back if they don't fit. This was not communicated to us we were under the impression we would just have to pay for the shipping to return the items. Even after calling and asking the size, my husband is 54 inch chest, I was told 2x would work. We ended up having to size up to 4x for it to fit. We paid again to ship new shirts out to us and paid more for the more expensive model. Customer service is non-existent if you want your emails to be delivered to deaf ears and have to wait over a month for your refund even after returning the product then they may work for you. There was no follow-up we had to initiate it. They never once apologized for the wait and for how long things were taking. We were given the runaround and it's clear they don't want our business. We definitely won't be shopping through them anymore unfortunately we already spent well over $500 to learn this. We would return what we have bought but would probably have to wait another month or longer and would be dinged shipping to and from again so, not worth it. Highly recommend Tytan glove and safety as that is a local and reliable company that stands behind their products and the customer experience.

Ordered boots, never received shipping info. Called a week later "we'll contact the warehouse and get eight back to you" they did not. Called a week later "we'll contact the warehouse and get right back to you", they did not. Finally I emailed them and canceled my order, that they seemed to want to do. Will not be shopping here again.

I have used these guys for ten years. Always happy with the solutions that we have worked out for my safety issues. And in a time of need they have been more than flexible so I could get my jobs completely safely. Great store selection.

Had a terrible experience with theese guys, will take you're money for a product they don't have, will not follow up with you. Had to call to get updates on my order. 1/10 only thing they did right was a speedy refund. Will not give them my money again, will not fall for there adds again.
