Was in the store Feb. 26 2025 and was shocked at the prices, example a used slow cooker/ crockpot was tagged at $39.99, a drinking glass $2.99, dinner plates $4.99 each, pair of shoes $14.99, etc. I understand that times are tough, but these are not good prices, the items sold are donated and the pricing of all the items should represent that. Lower your prices, more items will go out the front door, rather than the recycle bin in the back.

This locations staff and items are some of the worst in ottawa. The store behaves more like a value village then a charity. They also sell broken, damaged clothes for full price.

The garment I wanted too buy had pins and needles and loose buttons. It needed work and it wasnt safe to wear. They wanted full dollar for it despite having PINS AND NEEDLES IN IT. $10 for damaged cloths. I'm not impressed.

The staff at this location are actually really mean and very rude. They take things from people. Are argumentative. Give dirty looks when u ask for a price check and ACCUSE PEOPLE OF TRYING TO STEAL IF A TAG IS MISSING.

I really dont like this particular salvation army. They are run by some really terrible people.

Delete this review again and I'll repost it from my copy paste. People deserve too know how bad this location is!

Cleanest, most well lit and organized Salvation Army Thrift Store I have ever been to! Prices were fair, I did not find anything I needed as I was just browsing but definitely lots of items to choose from. Will return next time I’m in the area.

Greedy company for profit hardly goes to charity. They are fixed priced even if product is damaged. When donating items they will pick through bag and only take name brand items. This company is owned by greedy owners who take advantage of the community. Donate to the Bible thrift store. THEY ARE NOT FOR PROFIT!

I went up to the cash with two identical lanterns that had different prices. They did not honour the lower price tag and charged me the higher price for both items!

I have also come to donate on three separate occasions in recent months and on every occasion, the staff receiving the donations were rude and impatient. I will be donating elsewhere going forward.

I like the new ideal of a new location this location is perfect for the Salvation Army I had a chance I'm checking it out today and from what some people said I'm sorry but it is not overly big overall it's about the same size as the previous location but at least as you coming in Bells Corners you do see the Salvation Army compare to where it was it was off shoulder and even know where it was business still came in so here's the new update of pictures of this location I had mentioned to the staff that I will be posting their new location because on this site only has the older pictures of the Salvation Army so when I did look on Google Map it was a little bit weird an unusual got me a bit confused because it look like you had to how to get there you had to go by the back but technically it's false and it actually has two ways to get in there you could come from the front and the back but anyways I wanted to share these pictures and put up to speed up and help out or new pictures and one thing my dad had mentioned to me is between the new location delighted inside is not super Lee bright apparently the older location was a lot brighter and you know something if you take a look at several pictures that I took inside I do agree on what my dad was saying there's just not enough litedge in this location to be bright it's kind of dark the way that my dad said hopefully they do add more lights hopefully
