Lisa & her Team work HARD to accommodate. Unlike every other Pharmacy, you aren’t asked to hold on and stand there and wait for over five minutes while they finish what they are doing. Lisa took training to administer me an injection the same day I needed it, because her injection specialist was off that week. AMAZING. They hire enough staff to promote efficiency and strive for competitive prices.

I have been getting my medication from this pharmacy ever since it opened. I have nothing but good things to say about all of the staff. Lisa, the owner, has always treated me with kindness and respect.......as have all the rest of the staff. I have never seen anyone discriminated against, or treated with anything but respect. I would absolutely recommend this pharmacy to anyone who might be looking for a new pharmacy to deal with.

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer any questions I have, no matter how small. They truly go above and beyond to ensure I feel comfortable and informed about my prescriptions and health needs.

The level of service is outstanding—attentive, friendly, and always professional. They’ve even gone out of their way to follow up with a phone call to check on a prescription or given an after hours number we could call in case an issue arose. A true gem in our community!

I love this pharmacy! Been going here for over 15 years. The entire team makes you feel welcome and always ensures you understand the medication you are taking and answer all your questions.
Lisa the pharmacist is particularly wonderful and friendly. She has stayed after hours for me when I needed a medication, but was on the south side of Edmonton. You don’t get that type of service very often any more.
I have recommended this quaint pharmacy to many friends and they have always thanked me for doing so.

I have been coming to St.Albert Medical clinic for quite some time now, Dr. Adams has been nothing but the best when it comes to being an amazing doctor. With it being so convenient I have chose to use this pharmacy for that reason. I have been here more times then I can count, I have experienced discrimination nearly every single time I have had to deal with pharmacist Lisa. I feel being an African patient I am not treated the same as other caucasian patients. She has been extremely rude towards me these past dozen times I have been there and will be finally making the decision I should have made a while ago and switching to a different pharmacy. We are in 2024, dealing with customers in such disgraceful manner should be unacceptable. Please be aware with choosing to come to this place, I am sure I am not the only one that gets this sort of absurd service.

Not only on 1 occasion, but on 2 separate occasions they have come over the weekend (when they are closed, and on their days off) to come save my butt when I forgot to refill a prescription (makes me super sick if doses are missed). Such caring ladies! And they always remember you by name and what is going on in your personal life.
Also, I would have wanted to punch myself in the head on a Sunday evening being called in, but they even graciously gave both my kids a treat to pick out at their pharmacy!

The staff are polite, knowledgeable and word hard. In my experience, especially Lisa (owner), goes way above and beyond. Lisa knows customers by name and builds excellent repore. Kind, friendly and incredibly smart, Lisa is more informed than most Doctors I've seen, as she is constantly educating herself. I trust if I walked into that pharmacy in any state that I would 💯 % be taken care of. This pharmacy and employees CARE. As a client of almost 10 years time, my review is based on many interactions.
Lisa also imports neat little gifts and gadgets for kids and has child friendly items on her shelves. I bought my kids many of these things I've seen no where else and used them to fill their stockings at Christmas! The kids have really enjoyed them. I also have found some neat, useful and well priced things. You won't regret going here, nevermind wandering while waiting for your prescription! Although, the wait for your medication being filled is speedy 🙂
