I cannot say enough about this company! They custom made me a bag when i needed a longer length strap, they custom made it all black for me, i had a great time taking to Perry and all of the office staff they made me exactly what I wanted and overnighted the bag to me next day this place is so great all i can do is repeat how awesome they are

Ok to start of: 1- I need to say the customer service is absolutely excellent and quite amazing but also extremely helpful.

I don't know what happened to these guys.

I ordered masks for work and to prepare for the outbreak. I ordered masks that were indicated to be IN STOCK.

They claim they didn't recieve the shipment. So they gave me a "refund".

Which I haven't recieved yet. These guys used to be great. They are now crooks.

Took forever to ship and I had to go somewhere else to purchase a stethoscope as I needed it for labs. Edit: The refund in the end was processed. Also: I bought another set of stethoscope diaphragms from them which seemed relatively inexpensive but don't be fooled. Their shipping was like $12 for a very lightweight item (stethoscope diaphragms!) and when I mentioned the high shipping price to them, they were quite rude and basically told me it was my fault for not checking the price. They're right...it was my fault for buying from them. Will look elsewhere for any future items that I will need.

Very moody employees. Can't help to feel like I'm bothering them everytime I go. Wish there was another one but this is my closest location so I don't really have a choice. I'll probably end up begining to order stuff online to avoid having to deal with them in person. Only reason there's 2 stars is because there is one nice and helpful lady, wish I could say the same for the rest of them.
