I just want to say how amazing the staff and service is at this place. They made me feel welcomed and they were super attentive and polite. I went in as an urgent care patient and really wasn’t expecting much as far as service. But I was very pleasantly surprised by literally every person that I came across. From the front desk to the nurse that took my vitals, the person that took my X-ray and the doctor! 1000% recommend!

I have been coming to Sanitas East and Antioch for a while. This is my 3rd time seeing Dr. Banks at the East Nashville clinic. I HIGHLY recommend receiving care from him! He is very knowledgeable, thorough and explains everything in detail. At the Antioch clinic, I recommend Danilo for urgent care and follow ups. I have received the best care at both clinics! If you have BCBS insurance please visit both locations.

Hands down THE BEST place for the entire family! I bring my whole family here for everything from walk in appointments, routine care, well child checkups, you name it! Dr. Hines is amazing and patient with kids. My kids love her! And I personally see Adam's, the PA. She is knowledgeable and listens to all your questions and concerns.
Plus all the Staff is kind, professional and quick.

I switched my primary doctor over to this location to Dr. Gregory Banks due to my original doctor had a stroke and his health wasn't good and he had cut back his hours due to his health reasons. To say Dr. Gregory Banks is a good doctor is like saying Mc Donald's food is nutritious and good for you. I went in for my yearly pysical if you even call it that. He spend possibly 5 minutes with me. Diagnosed me with thrush which I went to another doctor to get a second opinion and I did not have it. I had no symptoms nor did I ever have it. I have a history of kidney stones and they didn't even do any urine test nor did he even look in my ears or any of the normal procedures you have done on a yearly physical. When he arrived in the room with one blue glove, he for some reason, apparently didn't read my notes, he mistakenly thought he was giving me a digital prostate exam and not a pysical when all I needed was to make sure a psa test would be part of my labs. Because of having kidney stones in the past, passing stones have caused those levels to fluctuate and wanted to make sure my numbers were back at baseline. Everyone including my urologist knows if you do a digital exam and a psa test is done right after, it will temporarily raise your pas levels and will not give you an accurate reading. He disagreed when I told him and said it didn't. Maybe Dr. Banks needs to go back to medical school, not sure. Or maybe he is possing as a doctor? There is more regarding the visit but I don't want to get more long winded about this quake of a doctor, but avoid this doctor, the facility is great, and their nurse practitioners are great front desk are great, but this man needs to be serving fries at Mc Donald's. Because his care and knowledge are just like fast food. And we all know what fast food does to you if you eat too much of it. Do not trust this man with your health. Patient beware!

Today was my first appointment with any medical professionals in many years. All the staff were patient and kind. I felt care and interest from everyone. So glad that I finally decided to go to Sanitas and start looking after myself again. Amanda Adams helped immediately to make me feel more at ease, and that she truly cared.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience at [Medical Facility Name]. During my visit, I was billed incorrectly, and the facility's response to my concerns was unprofessional and unacceptable.

I scheduled an appointment for a physical, which is fully covered by my insurance. According to the scheduling department, a physical was required to obtain prescription refills. However, after my visit, I was billed for an office visit instead of the physical I had received.

Upon noticing the billing error, I contacted the billing department twice. The first time, I received no follow-up. The second time, I was informed by the billing department that Jose, the office manager, refused to correct the coding error. He claimed that I did not have a physical, despite the fact that I was physically present and underwent a standard physical examination. The doctor checked my ears and throat, tapped my knees, and performed a breast exam—clear indications of a physical examination.

I requested a callback from Jose to discuss this matter further, but he never responded. The lack of communication from the facility is both appalling and unprofessional. To imply that I am unaware of what transpired during my visit is mind-boggling and insulting.

In my opinion, Jose's actions are deceitful, and his refusal to rectify the situation is unacceptable. I hope the board of directors takes this matter seriously and addresses the unethical billing practices and poor customer service exhibited by this facility.

Edit: I just received a stock response from Sanitas to this review asking that I send an email, which I have already done.

I've had a terrible experience with Sanitas. They're so disorganized, unprofessional and unhelpful. I had urinalysis results arrive more than 3 days ago and nobody will call me to discuss the results. I've called 3 times and have been told that someone will get back to me within 24 hours or by the end of the day and those timelines always end without anyone reaching out to me. So I was told to sign up for a account on Sanitas app and I could see my results there but when I signed up I was told in the app chat that I'm not allowed to see my results until someone calls me to discuss my results. So I was then set up with a telehealth appointment through a link which only took me to medical providers in Florida who or unable to work with anyone from Tennessee. I tried that twice and it failed both times. So then the operator from the in-app chat told me he would send me a link for a telehealth appointment within 30 minutes and then the chat mysteriously ended and it's been 2 hours and I've still not received an email, call or text.
