I have no been disappointed at all. The customer service team was exceptional professional and helpful. Their delivery service is prompt snd efficient.

Not always giving all the information up front even though you've explained the entire situation as to what you're trying to accomplish. Then they don't fail the tank with all the money you paid and you have to call back to get your credit returned. As well my receipt was left wedged in my siding in the front of my house. They couldn't walk around the side to put it in the mailbox, probably because it was raining and windy. Thankfully I found my receipt 2 days later. Wet and half destroyed

Also, in case you're wondering if you have a quarter tank reading on your tank, I was told that's actually a half tank and a 3/4 tank on your reader is actually a full tank

Savage always seems to have the best prices on oil which is so vital for most of us who are living on a tight budget. I wanted to give a shout out because this is our first winter in this house and I miscalculated how much we had. I was booked for a fill in a couple of days and realized after our coldest overnight yet we probably wouldn't make it through the incoming arctic blast! They kindly squeezed us in early and the gentlemen even showed me how to double check our oil level using a stick. Excellent service, highly recommend! Thank you again!

Awful experience - their techs aren't well trained & guess, & the company won't pay you money owing unless you legally threaten them. Left a report with BBB & Savage Oil threated me with court. A highly unethical company, so switched to a reputable company and have had no no issues.

Pumped oil into my house when it was supposed to be going in my neighbors house, and then they want me to foot the entire bill. The lady at the office said that accidents happen and that it's not the companies fault. They complained that it was going to have to come off the drivers pay as if that was abnormal for a mess up. Luckily, he was only able to put $300 in as i filled up my tank with this same company the week before. They were very argumentative and not willing to let the customer be right. Instead, they tried their absolute best to get any money they could to cover their own negligence. Highly advise everyone to stay away from this company as they have no business morals or accountability.

These guys were excellent. I'm a first time homeowner and came back to my new house after a couple of days to discover that the furnace was off and the house was cold. I checked everything and all indications were that I had ran out of oil (I didn't get an oil adjustment during purchase....) I phoned and spoke with what I believe was the owner before he put me onto the sales team and I spoke with Alice. They were great and promised to get me oil by the next day. 30 mins later they called to say that they were delivering the oil that night. Within an hour they had delivered to discover that actually my tank wasn't empty and they had only managed to get a small amount of oil into the tank. So now I have a new issue. But an empty oil tank is not one of them. You have gained an new loyal customer. Many many thanks to you all.

A wonderful company! I just wanted to write a post to say how kind and calming these people always are to deal with, even when you run out of oil in the middle of a pandemic (one of the other companies just was going to leave us with no heat in the wintertime, but Savage Oil rescued us right away). They are always so lovely to speak to on the telephone and the drivers are nice guys too. I definitely recommend them.

Savage oil is an outstanding service provider. I owned three properties in the valley including a seniors home. While Savage always delivered on time and ensured we received the most competitive rates, they we exceptional when things went wrong. We had one property “go dry” while we were out of the country and had asked delivery to be suspended thinking we had enough to keep heat on low to protect the water pipes. We were wrong. When a friend checked on our home and noticed the furnace was not working at all we called Savage and explained we were in a bind. They somehow got into the driveway that was FULL of snow, cleared the lines, primed the furnace and filled the tank within an hour of us calling from the United States where we were at the time. These guys are the real deal in terms of quality of service and value. My thanks team Savage!
