It's a decent store, it's large, has a decent variety of products, there is lots of parking and the workers are very nice. It's just not my main grocery store because I feel its pretty expensive. I usually do my main shopping in Red Deer and stop here occasionally to pick up one or two things.

Waiting all day for an online order. Then waiting outside the store for over 30 minutes for them to not complete the order at the end of the pick up time and say they will do it the next day. After waiting all day for the order.
No calling to let me know. Nothing.
No offer to get it ready now.
Then yell at the customer for being upset. Horrible customer service. 👍

Usually love it here but bought a white cheddar and Parmesan mixed cheese there yesterday and it was moldy): there was more but tossed it already. Just pictures to show, I know things happen but it’s just unfortunate ☹️

It's ok for a grocery store. Nothing special about it.

I have changed my rating of this grocery store because of how out of date this product was when I picked it up to purchase it. It was weeks past its Best Before Date! So they just stick a coupon on it to get rid of it fast? It makes me question how many other products in the store are that far out of date or longer? Always check your Expiration dates and stay safe my friends.

The store is large, clean, and well organized. Wide selection of products, including fresh produce, herbs, spices, canned goods, frozen foods, and dairy. Would love to see a butchers counter or bakery as well, but the store is already full and well-stocked otherwise.

Upstairs features a wide range of cooking tools, such as pots and pans, ladles, spatulas, etc.

Ample parking, and a bus stop right out front makes it very accessible and easy to get to.

Overall the staff is very kind and helpful, would highly recommend this place!
