Booking was super easy online. Super convenient to be able to continue doing work right up to the minute they arrive. No long waits in a waiting room. Nurse arrived right on schedule and was done within 10 minutes of arrival. Pleasant and professional. Explained how to check results online within 24 hrs . I am so glad I found Scrubs! I am currently dealing with a number of complex health issues that limit my physical mobility immensely. The entire process, from booking an appointment (which Nicole went above and beyond in communications, finding an availability for me, etc…) to the actual lab work, was excellent. Nicole was right on schedule, very professional, and also kind, and friendly. For my particular test, I even received my result the same night. I would absolutely recommend Scrubs to anyone who is looking into at home lab services for whatever reason they might have.

Very smooth process at the date and time I selected at my home.
The nurse was very pleasant and very organised and collected my blood very gently. The blood results were on the Alberta health website by the end of the day. I will always be using ScrubsHealth in the future.

On time, friendly, professional, and it was quick and easy. So convenient! With kids in the house and homeschooling, going and sitting for an undetermined amount of time isnt an option. This was worth the cost for sure!
