Today I went to scrub factory and my experience was unbelievable, staff is really expert and co-operative. I just entered and beautiful young lady asked about my choice and size and she gave me perfect size and quality of scrub. I saved my time most importantly because It was very difficult for me to get exact size with choice I visit so many store but size or some time quality was an issue but today I was glad to spend money on right thing I really appreciate their way for dealing and efforts for customers.

The staff are amazing. I am petite and really struggle to find scrubs that don't make me look like a child in adults clothing. The staff go out of their way to find sizes and options and are always willing to measure and special order sizes when necessary. The only place I buy my scrubs!

My small business needed to start wearing scrubs at the beginning of the pandemic. ScrubWear Factory made it so easy! They helped us with colour and style choices and ordered exactly what each staff member needed. They even delivered our initial large order which helped us so much during a busy and stressful time. Since then I have always had great service when ordering additional items for myself or my staff. If you need scrubs I would completely recommend ScrubWear Factory, you can't go wrong with them!

I went into this store today to get scrubs for school. I walked in and I had to say hello. No one said hi back there was a group of employees sitting at the counter and not one offered me help finding my size. Once I got my scrubs I had to ask for a change room, and no one offered to find my size as I was coming in and out of the change room multiple times. I did end up spending over $150 there because I LOVE the scrubs. but your employees are rude and I will be now ordering online from now on.

Good choice
You won't find anything cheap but instead they have tons of options, brands, designs...It's like scrub heaven. They also offer a small discount for students which helps a bit

Wife went in to get a couple of new lab coats and was told there was nothing available in her size...which is like a very average small-medium. Nothing? Very disappointed...it's not like you're Walmart and carry thousands of different items. Scrubs and lab coats and related stuff, that's it. You should have a million of them available in every size. It's just not excusable.
