My mom recently moved in to Seasons Camrose. I am so thoroughly impressed with all the staff and level of excellent care there. I said there are so many amazing people on earth and they all work at Seasons. Lori, Norma, Bev…just to name a few have made the transition for my mom so welcoming. Thank you. ❤️

Seasons itself is great and they are great with the residents however the business manager Julie is completely unprofessional and down right degrading to others. I myself wouldn't want to put my family members in a retirement home with someone like that as part of the management, especially when she is part of the front staff team and usually one of the first faces you see as you walk in. She is completely disrespectful and degrading towards others, and as someone who is supposed to manage and lead she is doing a great job leading the Camrose location to have a terrible reputation. If she is to continue being a manager I think it would be in everyone's best interest if she took a course or two on how to talk to people especially when you are working somewhere that people call home, it would be beneficial to everyone involved. You should be able to feel welcome coming into a place like this and she does the exact opposite

Moona toured my mother-in-law and several members of our family. The place was extremely clean and looked well organized. Moona did a great job explaining the services Seasons would provide. She was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and kind to all of us.

I have never had a better boss to work for. Norma is the greatest when we cannot get there she pitches in. When our coworker does not show for work she comes to help us. She spends many hours there.

Had a lovely and informative tour of Seasons. The facility has a lot to offer those who reside there. The application process was clearly explained to me and it was very helpful to be able to see the various living quarters.

They take excellent care of my grandparents. We have come to know the staff and management very well. Over the years we have shared laughter and tears as we have all worked together to manage their care and ensure their quality of life. Seasons staff definitely go the extra mile to accommodate our requests so the residents are happy and healthy.
