Had my review deleted... Dr's are great staff are rude. When they make mistakes they will not admit it. Always issues with any paper work to be sent out. Years of putting up with this. Go ahead delete it again.

Have a very positive experience at Dr. Pierre's office first visit and the secretary too is wonderful. Both so kind, pleasant and very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. A++

Got referred for a foot issue obviously bone or nerve or tendon related....when I was greeted by Dr Yao the first thing she said was have u been putting cream on it and the second thing she said was that there was nothing wrong with my foot. I was in there 10 seconds and I walked out. How was I referred to a specialist after an x-ray for a protrusion in my heel where I have had surgery b4 If there is nothing wrong. Great bedside manners doc! I hope the medical association keeps an eye on you and your people skills. Btw the secretary was incredible.

I was afflicted with Lichen Planus and was very aware after extensive research. After seeing Dr .Banik, she showed me the Door all she said without looking at my body that it is Eczema and usherette me out.
My niece has eczema on her arms and it is bloody , so I know the difference between the two. If I can help it, I will never see again. Thank goodness I am still able to help myself. Dr. Banik is not long enough
in the business of identifying to her uncommon afflictions . Why did she not refer me to a Dermatologist. Will not see her again (only if she pays me to see her!!

Dr. Priti Sharda and her office staff are excellent. Never a problem getting an appt. or a phone consultation. Very responsive to any issues raised, very personable and knowledgeable. Has been my doctor for over 10 years.

Dr. Pierre is a lovely lady! She is genuine, easy to talk to and relaxed. Nice to have a doctor who follows you through your appointments to hospital check ups right through to end of delivery. I would highly recommend her!

They were at least 70 minutes late.

They also threatened to charge me 30$ if I missed a phone appointment, yet the doctor calls me 90 minutes before the scheduled time, which I wasn’t even ready for obviously.

Another bad thing happened. I saw a psychologist who wrote up an important report for me. She faxed the report to the office, but they claimed to never get it. I went in person to hand deliver a copy of the report, yet they still somehow claim to have never got it? The incompetence is worrying.

They don’t call you back when you need them to fill in important documents. They either forget or claim they never got it.

They also lied about filling in my forms, and were of no help. They waste a lot of time and gaslight you.

Dr. Banik is extremely entitled and rude. She is so inconsiderate.

Let me begin by saying how rude Dr.Yao is, she is definitely not a people person. I had high hopes of seeing a professional today so that I could finally have a diagnosis and find the root of my severe chronic pain, but she didn't know very much. Apparently muscle rub could solve all my issues even though they have been there for 4 years ... I'm pretty sure my other health professionals would've figured that one out before going to see Dr.Yao, complete waste of time. I felt as if I was just number and did not receive an adequate assessment.
