Every time I needed to see my NP I was able to. The front desk was very polite and helpfull. I was always treated with respect and dignity , and they.listen to you , very professional. I was with Dr S Patel for over 30 years and loved it. But now very happy with SVCHC.Just want to thank all of you for your excellent service . Thankyou, Derek Sheppard

My elderly father is a client at this centre, we loved it here until we had an interaction with a Lynn Kenney that works there. For just an office lady she sure is aggressive. She seems to think it is okay to abuse the elderly. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you want your loved ones kept safe keep them far away from the horrible Lynn.

The receptionist is extremely rude and condescending. My elderly grandmother was there and the way she spoke to her was horrible. Thankfully my mother was there to advocate for her and put the receptionist in her place. The NP Lannie Mitchell also had a horrible attitude with my 80 year old grandmother and de rostered her for «non compliance»- my grandmother is elderly and going through early onset dementia...this is her job, she clearly lacks the skills required to deal with this age group. Totally unprofessional people who lack empathy. Like another review said, pls avoid bringing your elderly loved ones here. I know we are desperate for healthcare workers but pls do not leave your elderly loved ones in the care of these people. The employees are only there to collect a paycheck.

Can never get appointments when needed. They make you wait over a month for appointments and cancel on the day of. If you need a doctor I wouldn’t hold my breath with this place as you may become seriously ill waiting for them to decide to see you.

I am a new patient since October 2016. I cannot say enough about the wonderful care I have received and continue to receive from Dr. Emma Farley. She is a wonderful Doctor, so very caring and empathetic, competent and extremely efficient. Being without a physician for some time she has been extremely gracious in trying to pick up the pieces of an extremely fractured system. She is to be credited for all she is and what she does. Thank you very much Dear Dr. Farley. You are a real blessing!!

I have been involved with the services at Seaway Valley Community Health in Cornwall, ON since 2018. I have never been better cared for regarding health issues, from Cardiac Rehab to courses offer for stress management to me they offer it all. I'm am grateful to now have a doctor there.
