I have been working with the excellent team at Segue Systems for the better part of a year now: and my organization has greatly appreciated their friendliness, knowledge and skill!

I came midway through a transition of staff on our end, and one of the projects that was misplaced was the transition to Xerox from another printing provider. Within days of knowing our issues, and the requests we were able to share with them, we were able to move three printers (two in Calgary, one in Saskatoon) to their Xerox offering.

Not only did their staff install the devices remarkably quickly, they also worked well with our team members at our different locations with kindness and a high degree of knowledge. We knew quite quickly that we were in good hands.

Finally, not only were they excellent vendors, they have been a truly excellent source of insight, referrals to other vendors (for our international operations) and more.

Our experience with Hudson Reid at Segue Systems today was amazing. Hudson arrived 15 minutes prior to our appointment time and worked quickly and efficiently. He was incredibly helpful with his guidance in solving our connectivity issue between our Mac and our Xerox printer and showed us how to combat the issue we were having. Hudson even went above and beyond to ensure that we ran a scan on our computer for security and provided great service overall.
